“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“This is the second time staying at this hotel and it has been great. Staff members from restaurants are great and attentive. We have an issue with the room leaking water from ceiling fire sprinkler that was fixed the same day. Also we wanted to do a late check out to enjoy a little longer this hotel but they said they were booked and it was not possible and that was a real disappointment for my little ones. Other than that it was a really pleasant time staying here.”

“There was a vacation property sales presentation. Usually we find these annoying and not worth the time. However, we actually enjoyed the experience and the benefits were worth our time. We didn’t book the package due to our personal schedules, however there was no pressure and we thought it was well done. The hotel is dated in some areas. But upgraded in others and very well maintained. The staff was exceptional. ”
