“The staff we encountered was absolutely incredible. Food was delicious, every plate was cleaned! It didn’t seem to be a quiet, calm resort, but it wasn’t impossible to relax by the pool. The pool got pretty rowdy during the day and so did the lobby bar at night. There weren’t many options for bars, especially late. Everything is closed by 11, with only the lobby bar open that late. It’s very close to the main area in Playa del Carmen, but it would’ve been nice to stay on the resort for night……

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“Todo súper bien. Personal muy amable, el servicio excelente. Lo único que no me gustó, fue que el elevador presentó problemas. De ahí en fuera, todo muy bien. Sin duda alguna, regresaría.”

“The staff was very friendly, supportive and helpful. There were some issues with my room and some of the amenities, but I was able to work with the staff to come to a solution fairly reasonably and quickly. Despite some issues, the location was convenient, the rooms were fairly clean and I would stay there again if I came back to Playa Del Carmen”
