“Lamentablemente hay mucho sargazo y en la habitación que quede le falta algo de mantenimiento, aunque se ve que en sus mejores tiempos estuvo bastante hermosa, quizá pude haber conseguido algo más moderno por el precio que pagué. Lo sobresaliente fueron los paseos y la experiencia en bote además de los restaurantes, AQUÍ ME QUEDÓ T SAFFRON, asi como la atención del personal en gral.”

“Nicely located intimate hotel on the beach, but steps from Fifth Avenue. We were warmly greeted when we arrived early and the rooms were ready and they granted an early check -in . We spent two wonderful fun days at the beach club here and Ernesto made the experience wonderful . Our rooms were side by side on the upper level and the views and balconies complimented the comfortable room and spacious bathroom . Check out was quick and we would definitely come back next time we are in Playa Del……

“Beautiful resort. Suggest having options available for people who have later flights - i.e. more generous late checkout options or at least access to lockers and showers. Candidly, for the cost, the resort had limited things to do aside from sitting by the pool.”

“They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!”

“The hotel is beautiful, from the street and the lobby to the room. The room was spotless, quiet, and the bed, bedding, and pillows were super comfy. The staff (Alma, at the front desk) was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. We felt welcomed from the moment we crossed the door. The rooftop is also beautiful. It's clean and comfortable, and has a great view. Our room had an ocean view, which is technically accurate, and although you can see it from the bed, you are actually seeing it from……

“The staff were generally friendly, but there weren’t enough of them. Many times, stations were understaffed or not staffed at all. The pools were not very clean and were too warm for my taste, although my son didn’t mind. The beach is beautiful and spacious. We visited during seaweed season, which was disappointing. They do try to clean it, but it’s a Sisyphean task—it’s very hard to keep up. The food was very mediocre, including at the Italian restaurant. The Mexican restaurant was better, but……
