“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. “Staff was wonderful everyone was friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond. Hotel on the other hand not that good none of the restaurants were open, only buffet. If the they were open there is too many rules and strict dress code. Men had to have long pants if not your not allowed in. The hibachi you had to go in person at 5:30pm to make a reservation or you could not eat there, when it was empty literally all the time. Beware of an animal all around the property it got into our room……
