"This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. The apartment has a wrap around patio with spectacular views to Isla Mujeres and the harbor. The only negative I would say is that the apartment has some rules we weren't aware of. "This apartment was a beautiful place to stay. I love the private patio area and that it was ocean view. I didn’t like that the water pressure to the shower was very low, it was barely dripping so that was really frustrating having to use the shower in the unit. I would also recommend that since there were no room cleaning they should at least have access to a washer and dryer so you can have clean sheets and towels throughout your stay. "

"Location is right at the beach and close to everything. Having an ocean view room was amazing! flea market/souvenir stores, restaurants, club/bar, supermarket are all in walking distances. We used the kitchenette to prepare simple meals and avoided eating out. The beach is well maintained despite some seaweeds. The condo building is old but it is clean. We did not encounter any issue, except the 2 elevators can only carry 2 people each and 1 elevator was not working during our stay. "

"It was our first time in Cancun, we were meeting with the grandparents there for Christmas. Conveniently located, very close to the bus stop and a beach access. If you’re traveling on a budget, Casa Clarita is a great place to stay. Apartment was older, but we loved the interior design. Our host Narda was excellent, always very prompt with communication. Few little things could use attention but overall we enjoyed our stay and had a good time. "

Seadust Cancún All Inclusive Family Resort

2/10 Terrible

"I brought my daughter here for her 2nd birthday and first I’ll say I do like the kiddie area and the slides that was fun for my daughter. But as far as the property the main pool area kids pool is dirty and molded and needed to be remodeled. The staff was horrible and they are racist to black people so please be aware. When making reservations at night they would tell us they have no buzzer but then give a buzzer to a Hispanic family 5 mins later and they did this multiple times and to other black people and then tell us it’s a 2 and 1/2 hour wait. Not a true all inclusive they charge $10 for room service and you can only get 1 appetizer 1 entree and a dessert. Unless you pay another $10 and order again. The food in the buffet runs out very fast and they don’t bring more out. My husband had a slip and fall in buffet area and ripped his pants doing the splits and had a swollen knee. They wouldn’t accommodate us. And lied and said they would upgrade our room and then when I went downstairs the manager said he didn’t know anything about it and couldn’t help us. I will never stay here again. BE AWARE!"

"Check in was great especially Brenda at the front desk. She’s very accommodating. Room was very nice with an ocean view. Liz, Nelson, and Angelo at the restaurant and Allan at the bar were great. We were disappoint with the following reasons: 1. We didn’t get housekeeping service after our first night despite having the sign that said between 8am-3pm. We came back at 4pm and ended up asking for fresh towels. 2. Some towels smelled damp. 3. We asked for dental kits during the evening but it did not come. We had to request again the next day. 4. No laundry bag given to put our wet clothes and asked for plastic bag instead and was given 2. When asked for more since it was small, staff said they can only provide 2. Given that we paid a lot. 5. Restaurant reservations. We stayed for 5 nights and can only book 2 reservations. I asked front desk and they said to just ask the staff at the restaurant for walk ins. Went to 2 restaurants and they don’t allow walk ins. When I told front desk, they sent me the next day to the staff that manage the app. When I talked to the person, they told me to come back the next day. I just decided that there’s no point coming back since we are leaving the next day. We were very disappointed that my friends and I weren’t able to have dinner together in one of the restaurants since we only have 2 nights altogether. "

AVA Resort Cancun - All Inclusive

"This was my second visit to Cancun, and I enjoyed AVA Resort much more than the resort I stayed at on my previous trip. One of the best features is that all rooms have an ocean view, which was absolutely beautiful. During our four-night stay, I watched the sunrise every morning, which made the trip even more special. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and both the welcome and departure processes were smooth and well organized. The food was generally good, although the salad selection was a bit limited. The omelet chef at the breakfast buffet was especially friendly and memorable. The drinks, ice cream, and desserts were excellent. The resort offers many pool options for all ages, and we especially enjoyed kayaking. I also appreciated that staff regularly came around the pool to take food and drink orders, which made everything very convenient. The Kids Club was great, offering a variety of activities and water play. My child spent about four hours there, which gave me some relaxing time. There was also evening entertainment every day, including a kids’ show at 7 pm and a show for all guests at 9 pm. The clown show for kids and the American pop singer tribute show were both very entertaining. One small downside was that the return-guest sales offer was presented twice, which felt a bit uncomfortable. Also, some activities like the arcade and laser tag require extra payment. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay."

"My husband I enjoyed our 7 days of pure bliss. The food at the buffet was just looked fresh and appealing. You could tell it was sitting there all day. Our favorite restaurant was the Krystal first and the black and white. The rooms were grand and we had amazing view of the pool and beach. It would’ve been nice if the beds were true king not two doubles pushed together. The hotel is very grand feel very regal. Loved the art deco bar, the pools were awesome. The beach the beach was better than isla mujeres. Coming back for sure."
