"This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. "This apartment was a beautiful place to stay. I love the private patio area and that it was ocean view. I didn’t like that the water pressure to the shower was very low, it was barely dripping so that was really frustrating having to use the shower in the unit. I would also recommend that since there were no room cleaning they should at least have access to a washer and dryer so you can have clean sheets and towels throughout your stay. "

"Outstanding property. Excellent communication with the host and prompt check-in, even though our flight was delayed 3 hours. The condo is beach front, with an unobstructed ocean view. The layout of this unit has the bedrooms upstairs and the living area downstairs, which we found quite convenient. Very good location withon the development. Kukulkan Plaza is just across the street for groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Our family had a most enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here...

"It was our first time in Cancun, we were meeting with the grandparents there for Christmas. Conveniently located, very close to the bus stop and a beach access. If you’re traveling on a budget, Casa Clarita is a great place to stay. Apartment was older, but we loved the interior design. Our host Narda was excellent, always very prompt with communication. Few little things could use attention but overall we enjoyed our stay and had a good time. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Sunscape Cancun and would highly recommend it for families. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made our stay relaxing from the start. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which really enhanced the overall experience. One of the highlights for us was the variety of activities available. There were events every night, and our kids especially loved the pool area — having both a regular pool and a dedicated water park for kids made it so much fun for them. The childcare service/explorer’s club was also a big plus, giving parents some time to relax while the kids stayed engaged with enjoyable and well-organized activities. The resort offers a great selection of restaurants and dining options, and we were pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the food. Also, don’t forget to check out the candy and ice cream shop at the resort — it was a big hit with our kids! Overall, this is a fantastic choice for a family vacation — a great balance of relaxation for adults and fun for kids. We would definitely come back!"

"At Cyan Cancun Resort and Spa and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The resort has a great location with plenty of nice amenities inside and around the property. The pool and beach are fantastic, making it a perfect place to relax. Additionally, across the street, there's an OXXO convenience store, which was very convenient for us. However, we did encounter a couple of issues during our stay. The first was with the bathroom sink, which did not drain properly and stayed for a while before slowly going down. I reported this to the receptionist, who assured me someone would come to fix it, but no one arrived. The second issue was with the bedding. When they changed the sheets, blankets, and pillow covers, I noticed red stains on them. I informed the front desk, and they promised to send someone the next day. Unfortunately, no one showed up. I had to follow up multiple times, including sending pictures via email as requested. Each time, I was told that someone would come the next day, but no one did until after several days when the bedding was finally replaced. Despite these issues, I want to highlight that the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My experience was generally positive, but these problems did affect my overall satisfaction. I hope this feedback helps improve the services for future guests. Thank you."
