The staff was nice and polite but the breakfast was very very poor. We paid for barely nothing, had eggs the first morning and then the eggs were finished…, croissants were burnt every morning during our stay.

This is by far the worst and most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all, I called ahead and emailed to confirm a late check in. Arriving at midnight. I never received an email reply, but was told on the phone that that was ok. When I arrived, no one was there and I was forced to sleep outside until reception opened at nine am. You would think after this I would be happy to sleep in a bed, but the bed was full of stains and seemed to have not been cleaned. There were also stains on literally every other surface. The amount of stains and spills on the carpet was near impressive, I didn’t feel comfortable walking around barefoot because it was so gross. I cannot recommend anyone stays here.

This was almost a complete nightmare but our night was saved by a random couple. We booked a room last minute around 5pm on Expedia while on our road trip. We didn’t show up around 11:30pm and drove right in behind a another car, parked and came into the lobby to find it was closed. I will admit I didn’t not read clearly what time the lobby would be closed but the issue was there was no way for us to get out key. The issue was my Expedia account is set up to a junk email that I don’t have access to on my phone and then when I booked the room I just used auto fill for my contact information which is a phone number I don’t have access to. The only way to get your key is by a code that is sent to your phone. I tried calling a number on the reservation which was taking a long time and thankfully we ran into a couple who was able to open the safe which had the envelope with our key in it. Upon arriving to our room it was very basic. The pictures are way nicer then the room actually is. The bed was hard and also it was so hot in the room and the fan provided was way too loud to sleep with so we had to open the open but we’re woken up around 6:30/7 by the garbage truck. The bathroom was huge and very out dated. The toilet wobbled every time you sat down. The kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to cook. It was decent. In the morning we had to go to the lobby and pay our tourist tax and the lady was nice enough to wave the 5€ fee to park our car.

Hotel was not what was expected from the advertising. Room was not clean, bathroom was in poor condition and air conditioning did not work making room extremely hot with no attempt made to repair it. I would not recommend staying here.

There were ants in the room. Hot water after ran out in late evenings. If the room condition is as good as breakfast areA, that would be a huge improvement. There is no room service at all. We had to go outside the building to dispose garbage. It is very unlikely I will check into this again.

Inexpensive 2*. Buyer beware.
This is at best a 2*. The property is grimy and in dire need of refurbishment. Pool was closed with no explanation. Heating was always on "cold" and it could only be switched by management who refused to do so even on the COLD Oct nights. For the 1st week WiFi was execrable. No employees on the premises at nights esp. when fire alarms went off and coul be switched off only by... an employee.

Fair value hotel
Nice room and good bedding, good value hotel. It was just a bit hard to find parking outside the hotel, they have their own parking also but it is not free. As for location, it's better to have a car because there is not that much in the proximity

Our experience of Appart' City Antibes.
Why did you not say 1500 characters at the beginning, instead of wasting my time. There was much to commend the place but a great deal left a lot to be desired. Worst of all was the building site outside our room which meant loud noise 12 hours per day, plus dust and dirt being thrown up meaning we could not use our balcony and the furniture on it was constantly dirty.

I found this hotel well overpriced for what it was, the room was dirty and you had to pay for extras such as parking €6.50 per day €1 A day tourist tax (I don't think that's the right price) . You could only get internet access in your room if you had a lap top as it was. Down the phone line at €1 a day. Overall for the Monet they were charging it was very disappointing .

35 min walk to train station, bus is cheap to train station but only runs about 8am -8pm, area is fine if u have car all is fine, not america style rooms so don't expect that. have microwave, stove plates everything, even dishwasher. if ur here for cannes festival better have a car, 40usd taxi just to antibes train station to get train to cannes.

Great place near Cannes.
I stayed for 2 weeks and had a nice stay. They have washer and dryer. The only thing is they are closed 12pm to 3pm for lunch every day.

Antibes is beautiful, however I must say that the area where the hotel is ,it is not very nice. The service was alright. Some of the staff was very helpful but some others were very unfriendly. Finally the rooms are not as the pictures on the website show. In reality rooms are not nice and dirty. I will not come back to this hotel.

good location, bus stop at road, shopping centre 200m, but unit dirty, windows dirty, cobwebs in and outside, linen changed once a week, carpet needed replacing it was thread bare and black at balcony access, walls dirty, what else could i say but it should not be let out in that condition.

Appart city is rather far away from the city centre, however there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which is excellent - buses usually ever 15min and only 1 euro each time! Also, only a 2min walk away is a large shopping centre, which is very handy as the apartments do have cooking facilities.

Don't arrive late at night!
We arrived very late at night & the hotel wasn't open. We had no idea what do until a few hours later when someone who knew French came in and had the same problem as us. Turns out, our room key was inside of a hidden locked safe, which you had to call and ask for the code. We didn't have a phone, but the French guy did. We finally got in to our room at 4am from arriving there at 11am.

If you are looking for low cost accommodation this is worth a look. A car would be advised as a little way out of town but right on a bus route. A excellent base however for touring the region.

Room was modern, clean and tidy but we had to sleep on a double sofa/bed which wasn't that comfortable. Reception girl was very helpful and gave us good after hours check-in instructions. If we hadn't called ahead though we would've spent all night looking for the place which is down an unlit road and has no lighted sign. Location was awful as too far out of town in semi industrial area so no cafe's or shops nearby - impossible without a car.

A convenient set-up
We wanted a self catering apartment so we could please ourselves with choice of food. This apartment was within walking distance of a HUGE supermarket which suited us fine. It was also within walking distance (35 min) of the centre of Antibes and if one didn't want to walk the bus (1 euro) was frequent. The public transport was great with the bus system going out from Antibe to Biot, Nice, Cannes, etc. so easy to get around no need to hire a car. A very cheap way to see everything.

We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 and there was noone there to let us in. There is a lockbox that you can get your key from but it's not in English. The room was well equipped with a microwave and dishes. If I were a business person staying there, it would be great. The fold out bed actually wasn't too bad. As I just needed a hotel for the night the location was horrible as we had to take a cab there from the train station.

Lovely hotel but a bit to far away from the centre for my liking.
Me and my girlfriend were happy with our stay here. Its a really clean and nice hotel with a wonderful and big bathroom. You have a small kitchen with not much room to cook but it has the basics that you could ask for. The only thing is that you have to catch a bus to the hotel, which is unfortunate because our experience is that they dont run to often and most of the times they are running late. On the other hand you have a massive supermarket about 5 min walking from the hotel where you find everything you need and more. Based on the hotel I would definately recommend it, but if you are looking to be able to have a walk down to the beach and centre every morning I would try finding something closer.

Hotel is not wanting tourists but long stay business people. Difficult to locate, neighbours could not even identify it! Sofa bed ONLY and mattress was in frame like a cot, painful to sit on or to get into/from. Filth within sofa bed and frame (used tissues and nut shells, grime and litter), on floors, shelves, kitchen. No service at all unless pay for towels, sheets, bins to be changed. Lift o/o/s but upper floor allocated for wheelchair user! Staff cold, rude and mostly absent. Shower not draining. Air con not working. Taxes already paid charged again at hotel. Pay for parking, even blue badge. No iron. Think carefully if this is for you before booking. Cleaning contractors have been changed and manager sorry after event but unhelpful during stay.
