"Unique and beautiful rooms. Small chair area for pool but beautiful pool. Close to the Griffin observatory but otherwise not a great location. "

"As soon as we came out of the elevator it stunk like cigarette smoke on the entire floor and in our bedroom. The smell was so strong in the carpets and curtains, it was pretty gross. The shuttle to Universal was really convenient, and the food in the courtyard was good. The movies playing at the pool was a really fun idea although it was too cold at night. "

"2.5/5 the room was big but the sleep quality sucked, the bed was pretty uncomfortable and it was loud above us and there was construction. The sofa bed was horrible so us 3 had to sleep in one bed. Don't add this in the review but it sucked so bad because there was 3 people on one bed. I kept sleep kicking and elbowing them both and it also woke me up when I did it. I woke up like 10 times from so much stuff"

"Shops nearby, clean room had no bad smell just noticeably looked beat like needs a fresh paint the tub looks super old and used a lot. Beds are very comfortable. Don't buy the breakfast it was nothing special the bacon was super thin. They just offered 3 choices if you buy it on hotels.com you pay $60 more than the hotel it's self on their menu."

"What staff? You talk to a person on a screen. Photo's are a lie this place is not as clean as it makes you think. The door entering the room has a gap you can look through when it's closed. Not safe at all and has a very creepy vibe. "
