Charming, cozy, tranquil 1st floor condo - 5 minutes to Perkins Cove

  • Este condominio de estudio se encuentra a minutos de Perkins Cove y Marginal Way. Ha sido completamente renovado en 2018 con un toque moderno y elegante. El condominio cuenta con excelente espacio de almacenamiento con 2 armarios, gabinetes de cocina blanca con encimeras de granito, pisos de madera de vinilo de lujo, baño con azulejos con bañera y ducha, refrigerador nuevo de acero inoxidable y microondas. La cocina está completamente equipada y hay 2 unidades de calentamiento por inducción para cocinar junto con un conjunto completo de ollas y sartenes. También hay una parrilla de gas en la propiedad para asar. Hay una nueva cama Murphy de tamaño queen, así como un sofá que convierte una cómoda cama de tamaño completo y un diván que duerme a una persona cómodamente. Hay dos mecedoras y una mesa que se abre para cuatro personas para que quepan fácilmente. Disfruta de wifi gratis y televisión por cable con una televisión curva de 55 pulgadas. Siente el lujo de estar cerca de las tiendas y restaurantes de Perkins Cove mientras disfrutas de la tranquilidad y el respiro de estar a menos de 5 minutos de distancia. El condominio está ubicado en un área privada, lejos del tráfico. No Fumar; sin mascotas; un espacio de estacionamiento autorizado.

This VRBO was the perfect location for guests of a wedding at Cliff House - just minutes away from the celebration, and convenient to all other spectacular sites/venues Cape Neddick has to offer.

Great location, well equipped & decorated

This place was in a great spot, walking distance to the very scenic Perkins Cove, and seems brand newly decorated & very well equipped. We loved our week there and hope to return soon.

Alice's place is wonderful! Walkable to Perkins Cove - a plus. A very well kept, charming unit with quiet ambiance. Perfect for couples looking to relax. Alice responded immediately to us from booking to departure. We look forward to returning in the future.

Location of this ptoperty is ideal as it is not right in the middle of the very busy and noisy town yet is still within walking distance of everything! We had a great time, thank you Alice.

The condo was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect for a quick walk to Perkins Cove and access to the Marginal Way leading to downtown Ogunquit. We highly recommend this condo!

The property was exactly as it is listed. Neighborhood was safe and beautiful. Very charming! I enjoyed walking every morning. Host was very responsive. She even brought us extra towels. The condo was loaded with all the extra things one might need! The price was amazing and certainly a bargain for the area!The only negatives for us personally was the furniture and bed were low to the floor. Difficult for those with knee problems. The space was much smaller than what we were used to, but she did mention that it was a Murphy bed in the description. Her description was truthful, we just needed a bigger space for us personally. The location cannot be beat! Close to everything we wanted to do!

Very nice condo….

My husband and I were in Ogunquit for my birthday week and had an enjoyable time. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Location was amazing….short walk to Perkins Cove. Weather was beautiful….had a great week!

Away from traffic, tucked up and in a secluded area near Perkins Cove. Perfect space for the two of us and could even do laundry. A real plus

Just a needed getaway

We were very happy with the Condo, it met are needs perfectly. Very close to Perkins Cove and not a very long drive to many attractions. The Marginal Way walk way was such a great way to walk to Ogunquit and to the beach. The sunrise from Oarweed Cove were beautiful.

Great Stay!

Alice is an awesome host and was very responsive. The apartment is sweet and exactly what we expected. It’s easy walking distance to Perkins Cove and the very cute Main Street area. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The condo location was perfect. It was within walking distance of some of the most beautiful views of the ocean. The condo was clean & had everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Alice was very responsive when we had questions.
