Great place!!!
Lovely place, nice and very very very clean :-) . Great assistance from a lady (forgot her name), she made sure everything is okay before arrival and also checked up on me when i left in the morning. :-) , ill surely come back again.

I was really disappointed
My stay was ok though the hospitality was not good at all. My car broke down during my stay. I called the owner of the apartment but he showed no interest in my problem and told me that my problem was not his line of business. I lefthink the place and he never bothered to even ask me how I survived

Nice hotel in quiet area
All in all it was a nice stay and we enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the locality was quiet and peaceful, and it is not far from shopping areas.

Foi nossa última hospedagem durante a viagem e reservamos no dia anterior as pressas pois nosso voo partia as 7 da manhã e preferimos ir pra um hotel até a madrugada. Foi liberado pra gente deixar as malas bem antes do check in na parte da manhã pra podermos passear pela cidade com o carro livre e sempre risco de andar com malas cheias. Saímos às 4:30 da manhã sem problema nenhum. Confortável, limpo e agradável!

Klein und fast fein...
Das Apartment liegt etwa 10 (Bus) vom Zentrum Kapstadts entfernt. Die Gegend ist nicht wirklich die Beste, aber wir haben uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt unsicher gefühlt. Generell sollte man als Tourist aber wohl besser die Dunkelheit meiden, so ist zumindest die Empfehlung für Kapstadt, unabhängig von der Gegend. Zur Lage des Apartments, ca, 10 min. fußläufig zur Busstation, sowie zum Bahnhof. Busse kamen alle 5 min. und fuhren in Richtung Zentrum. Ebenfalls in der Umgebung der Busstation gibt es einen Supermarkt und unendlich viele fliegende Händler , die dort ihr frisches Obst, Gemüse und Kräuter usw, lächerlich günstig anbieten. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war das "offene" Bad. Dusche u. Wc sind lediglich durch einen Sichtschutz vom Zimmer abgegrenzt. Bei der Dusche....ok....beim WC...naja?!..wer es mag...Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben....Kühlschrank, TV, Klimaanlage....die Küche in dem Haus ist eine Art Gemeinschaftsküche die jeder benutzen kann, einschl. Kühlschrank. Ich hatte zunächst Probleme mit dem Safe, bzgl. der Programmierung, aber die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach klasse. Über Email hat er sich sofort gemeldet und Hilfestellung gegeben. Insgesamt waren wir 9 Tage vor Ort und haben das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen benutzt, dafür hat es uns vollkommen gereicht.

Thank you for review. Standard double clearely states OPEN plan bathroom which suits very intimate couples or singles.Other rooms have seperate bathrooms but are slightly more per night which you chose not to book. Regards Ian

Sicheres Haus außerhalb der City
Sicheres Haus in der Nähe des Studeten- und Hipsterviertels Observatory. Stadtbahn ist in der Nähe, so dass man gut in die City bekommt. Das Haus abends sehr ruhig und man hat schönen Blick aus dem Garten auf den Tabelmountain. Abends wohnt ein netter Betreuer mit im Haus. Er spricht soagar etwas deutsch. Die Sauberkeit ist gut, die Qualität der Betten weniger. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist gut. Jedes Zimmer einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher.
