“We stayed for a week at Agriturismo Terrenia and would recommend it to anyone wishing to find the perfect base for exploring Sicily. The setting is absolutely wonderful with around 10 acres of grounds planted with lemon, peach, orange and cherry trees, to name but a few. We stayed in the old winery and our room, whilst very simple (as you'd expect at an agriturismo), was very comfortable and well kept. “We loved this place. We have never stayed at an Agrituristica before so were unsure what to expect. It could not have been nicer. Everything was clean, fresh and new. And the proprietress was lovely. We went to a wine tasting first at Gambino Winery 7 minutes away which I highly recommend. This was the perfect location for that. We left in the morning for Taormina which was an easy 35 minute drive. we are a family of Americans figuring it out as we go. This part of our trip went very easily……

“The villa delivered everything that was promised. Francesco the manager went out of his way to help me arrange events to entertain my house guests for my week-long birthday party. This included the chef Salvina and her team who cooked dinner for us all on 5 of the 7 nights. With 14 guests there were several allergy/food issues which she managed very professionally.
