“The location of the property was ideal for shopping and restaurants (about 5 minutes to several shopping centers and the mall). It is also not far from Sandy point (about 15 minutes) or Kent Island attractions (about 25 minutes). There is nothing to complain about with the staff who were nice enough. The room and hotel are fine but, to me, were not quite up to the expected standard of a DoubleTree. We didn't use it but there is a convenient shuttle that probably we could have taken advantage of.”

“This hotel is in a convenient place, with several restaurants within walking distance and a mall just across the street. The front desk staff was helpful and polite. The hotel was not very clean. The carpets in the lobby and common areas appear dirty and stained. In the pool area, no clean towels were available and the hamper was overflowing with wet, used towels. Hot tub was out of service. Elevators could use an upgrade. They are dingy and slow. We had to switch rooms because of a……

“This is our second stay and the first time there was a bridal party staying in the hotel and the groomsmen were having a loud and fantastic time! Mainly in the bar downstairs, but also the hallways and the elevator. But, it was a wedding and so we just kind of went with the flow. The hotel itself is clean and the views of the water from the balcony are nice. There was staff when we checked in, but absolutely no parking and this happened last time as well. “Enjoyed my stay quiet and comfortable room”

“This hotel is very run down. Water damage on the windowsills, a toilet that didn't work properly, extremely low water pressure in the shower, and snagged/torn bedding. The room has no storage in either the bed area or the bathroom. The parking is expensive ($35 per day) and no guarantee that your spot will be there for you if you leave and come back. The spots that are open are extremely tight. It's close to everything and the staff was nice, but I would never stay there again.”

“We have stayed here many times over the last 20 years give or take. Two years ago the property was on need of a serious update! I am glad to say the property has been refreshed!! Looks great! Everything was in working order, no maintenance issues at all! Great location for all things Annapolis related!”
