I’m accustomed to having access to a club lounge or at least 24-hour snack options at the front desk, so this was a significant inconvenience. Additionally, the rooms were very outdated and noticeably small, which made the stay even less comfortable. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property or choose to return. I’ve always appreciated Marriott, but this experience almost made me consider switching to Hilton." We asked for more towel and wash clothes to accommodate the 4 people in our room and were told we could only receive half because there wasn’t many available. About 13 minutes in a uber or Lyft from the harbor area where restaurants and the aquarium are.
