I've never experienced such a service so alienating in my life. Front desk doesnt pick up the phones or ask you to hold and never come back. Restaurant server walked passed me so many times to give attention to this White family that I had to demand 2 menus, water, service, etc. I asked where could I sit and this Black older man (tall) ignored me so badly that other customers were attentive and startled. The room was tended to but there were no replacement of bath linen just old dirty used bath linen were left to reuse. I had to get dressed in the hallway because engineering took too long to come to fix the AC. Then he gets smart with me while I'm preparing to get dressed drenched in sweat and Im headed to bury my uncle. I will spread the news of the poor customer service of this hotel."
