Very odd pool hours. They didn’t have the pool facilities ready by 10 am. So they kicked us out of the hot tub for 20 minutes to do the pool maintenance. They need to have the pools ready for use at 10 am.

This was our first stay at this location. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay here again. The staff is very nice (esp Kay at the front desk) and the property was pretty clean. The breakfast was just okay. The area is small and gets pretty loud when crowded. The eggs on our last day were runny, so went with the waffles. Eggs were very good on the first day, and so-so on the 2nd. The lone elevator is very slow(and HOT), so patience is needed. The indoor pool and hot tub were enjoyable. We were not a fan of the shower in the room. It is a low-step-in which is nice, but the floor gets a little too wet due to that (and the shower floor itself was a bit slippery). Beds were comfortable and the AC worked well (thankfully in this heat wave). Definitely like the suite aspect of the room so we had a place to hang before bed. Our room faced the busy road (Rt 450) and was a bit noisy. We were on the top floor so did not have any noise from any neighbors above and did not hear anything from our next door neighbors. So, as I mentioned, we would definitely stay here again,

Just stayed one night here. This is a busy hotel in the weekend. The breakfast room was full of people but the staff was still able to make everybody got their breakfast happily. Enjoyed the stay!
