The hotel seemed new and was in great shape. Our room was quiet and we slept well. Was just sorry that the pool is still not in commission after several years, it would have been handy in the heat

I booked one room with 2 queen beds. When we checked in they only had one room with 2 double beds. They explained that they were really busy and 2 queens weren’t available. When I said that’s why I made the reservation months ago the manager replied it doesn’t matter. I had to go to target and buy an aerobed because they didn’t have any roll aways. I requested extra sheets and pillows at 4 pm. After multiple follow up calls I received them at 1130pm.

- Didn’t care for the “nickel and diming” environment. Charging $9/day to park at a suburban hotel borders on ridiculous, in my expereince - Don’t appreciate a $60 hold on my card for “incidentals” when I didn’t approve higher - For over &250/night for the room, I certainly wouldn’t expect the toilet to slam down; I also wouldn’t expect doors to rooms to slam shut, either - For some reason, staff thought it was acceptable to leave an empty pizza box in the hallway across from our door for over 16 hours

Janelle and the shower was nice. The experience was tainted due to being bitten by bed bug and general manager was inconsiderate of my complaint, discomfort experience, and evidence. I left abruptly due to discovering itchy red bumps on my chest and shoulder collar; moved the pillow and there was a full bug satisfied off my blood. Disgusted and annoyed. They didn’t care about what happened to me or the picture and video I took. Will never come back.

Bed was not that comfortable, tge pillows were awful. The hospitality staff was simply amazing. They were very professional and accommodating at all request that was ask. Room was smaller than expected and not a lot of lighting. House keeping was great as well, really great staff.
