"We ordered a 5am wake-up call that never arrived. The bathroom was very well decorated. The hot water was tough to figure out. The staff was helpful and friendly. We will use this property each time we visit Costa Rica."

"Property was very clean, and staff were very friendly. We had a great view of the ocean from our room. We did have an intruder (Racoon) enter our room through the balcony door and open the bar fridge and stole a bag of peanuts. We learned that we needed to keep our balcony door locked and not just closed! However, we will definitely go back! Food and drinks are a little pricey!"

"This hotel will ruin all other hotels for you. The staff was incredible, the grounds were immaculate, the room was amazing, the wildlife and beach on property were unreal. Seriously, if you stay here, there’s no going back to mediocre hotels. You’ve been warned. We’re 100% going back. My wife literally cried when we were leaving."
