“Clean rooms , easy check in . ”

“Everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff kind and helpful. The food was so good. Great biscuits the apple cider was delicious. The shower was very nice. The bed was a little too soft. I like it firm but thats not a deal breaker. I will be back to this place for sure. ”

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Well a big part of waterpark was closed. Not listed. Expedia quoated a price that was supposed to be the total including taxes and fees. WRONG!!! We was charged almost $100.00 more at checkin. So our Expedia price cost our kids there game cards. We only took enough to pay the balance and for our kids game cards. Thanks for making our special needs children the worst vacation ever. ”
