Beautiful Custom home, great ocean views! Pets Allowed!

Beautiful Beach home perfect for large families and getaway weekends. This four bedroom home sleeps 8 people. Beautiful Ocean views and a view of Morro Rock. The home has many custom features, BBQ, covered outdoor deck to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, watch the whales go by, sip a glass of wine, read a book. Just relax and enjoy the beauty of Cayucos.
Cayucos has wonderful restaurants, antique stores, surf shops, and a Jewelry store. Our town has street fair's and even host the Cayucos Sea glass Festival. There is plenty to do in Cayucos or in the local areas near by our small town. Hearst Castle and Cambria is just a short drive north of us. Or head south to Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, Avila Beach or Pismo Beach. If you enjoy wine tasting we have some of the nicest vineyards and winery's in the State. Regardless how you spend your time here you're bound to enjoy it.
PLEASE NOTE : THIS IS NOT A "PARTY" House. This is a beautiful custom HOME. We prefer family & friends. We have had a few issues of late with younger people parties which resulted in expenses on all ends. We want everyone who comes to enjoy to the utmost. But if you are planning a "wild weekend" away. Please book appropriately. Thank you kindly!!!!

Beautiful home in great location!

Beautiful home with nice view of ocean and Morro Rock. Within 5-10 minutes to restaurants and the wharf. Went with three couples and 3 small dogs and it was perfect!

Beautiful View, Quiet neighborhood

The house is lovely and well-equipped. Unobstructed view of the ocean from the upstairs. All the beds a large, comy and with great linens and pillows. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

Holiday fun in Cayucos

This was the perfect rental for the family to celebrate the holiday with an amazing view of the ocean from the living area and deck!! Comfortable in every way!!!! Would definitely go back again and highly recommend to others.

Wonderful friends’ getaway

Perfect house for a vacation for six retired friends (3 couples) from the San Francisco area. We cooked several meals together and appreciated the large and well-stocked kitchen, the comfortable dining room, and the ocean views. Attractive and simple decor throughout the house added to the restful experience.

Family vacation

After a family wedding, we brought our children to this wonderful home. We enjoyed relaxing while looking at the ocean and near by attractions. The house was comfortable and perfect for our vacation.

Lovely space

This was the perfect rental for our family of 4 couples - large open common space, comfortable beds and fluffy towels. We didn't have any little ones with us but it's clearly child friendly with toys and games. It's an easy drive to downtown Cayucos or Morro Bay. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Perfect for our group!

We gathered this weekend for a friends 60th birthday. We had a great brunch and spent time together in the great room and on the balcony. We cooked in the well stocked kitchen and all slept comfortably in the bedrooms. Location is great to access the beach and just a short drive into town for shopping. I hope we can visit again

Amazing return stay!

We have rented this home two years in a row and have had a great experience both times. Our group this year included four generations and one little maltipoo! The whole family enjoyed the warm and relaxing feel of this beautiful home and all of the amenities.

Beautiful Home

This is my second stay at this beautiful home with a wonderful view. Furniture and beds are comfortably, kitchen is very well stocked, and the pool/ping pong table is a bonus. We will be back to stay here again.

Comfy Cayucos house

House has a lot of space. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the open kitchen dining living room area. The beds are very comfortable. Big bath in master is nice.

Great Stay!

This is our second time staying and we had a great time. The house is comfortable, good location, great amenities, and perfect for families. The owner is very nice and great to work with. We plan to come back! The only call out is that there are stairs off the main living room and they're a bit steep, so those with small children just need to be careful, but there is a gate at the house to use.

Everything we needed including ambiance! Great view from the balcony. So great we got to witness a pod of humpback whales cooperatively "bubblenet" feeding for over 2 hours along with a crazy amount of birds! Would definetly stay again!

Wonderful family weekend

We had a wonderful time staying in Cayucos. We had a Christmas party at our grandparents house who live in Morro Bay and needed a space that we could stay in that was nearby. This house was perfect and had the most comfortable beds. It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The host Pamela was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.
