Our stay in this hotel is awesome since we were able to sleep well with a quiet and safe environment. It is very accessible since it is situated in the middle of the city.

Don't stay here
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The check in process was painfully slow. The room we were given was disgusting, it was dirty, the sockets were falling off the walls, there was a cockroach in the sink and ants crawling all over the bathroom. The bedding was grubby with hairs on, the floors looked lile they hadn't been washed in years and the walls have never seen a lick of paint since it was built. We were so grossed out we felt dirty. We asked to change rooms and the reception girl didn't apologise for the state of the room but let us see another. It was still dirty but the sockets were in tact and there was no bugs. We took it but chose not to shower until our next destination the next morning. The entrance has guards and the lobby is nice but the room was an absolute disappointment. We went to the airport early we couldnt wait to get out. The streets are also extremely dirty and noisy. Cebu city wasn't for us.

No Frills
it's simply a no-frills hotel, and expect simple accommodations. I arrived about seven hours earlier than the actual check-in, and since my reserved room was available I was allowed an early check-in with no extra cost. I had a good view of downtown Cebu from my 10th floor room. It's also a good 5-7 leisurely walk to the cathedral, basilica, Magellan's cross.

We borrowed plates from the clerk then had a deposit of P75.00 per plate, when we were about to check out they asked us to get the plates from our room which I think is horrible!!!!!!! What the heck are those housekeepers doing? Front Desk is at 7th floor and our room is in 10th floor, the heck housekeepers can check and confirm those through walkie talkie. terrible!

An ok hotel for one night if you are on the budget
Had to move to another hotel because wifi did not work. Great location, you pay a little, you get a little. I would stay there for another night but I needed wifi. AC worked, but was not the best, shower did not work. It's an ok hotel for an overnight stay.

You Get What You Pay For
I chose this hotel because it was a cheap rate close to the OceanJet ferry. I had a late flight into the airport and wanted to leave early on the ferry, so it seemed like a good choice. I arrived after midnight. The hotel is kind of hard to find at night and the taxi driver had not heard of it, but I had a printout of the itinerary and so he found it using the address. It's on the upper floors of a tall building as the name suggests. The gates were down when I got there, but the nice security guards opened them and helped me with my bag to the elevator. I got to the desk and they had no idea who I was. I had booked a "deluxe bridal" room from the website and I was a little surprised that they lost my reservation. They told me to have a seat in the sweltering lobby while they figured it out. Finally they found me and then they wanted me to pay a key deposit of 300 php but would not give me a receipt. They wanted to keep my personal printout of the itinerary! Crazy experience. When I got to the room, it was certainly not deluxe. There was also a sign that stated the charges for any stains on the laundry, which tells you what kind of place this is. I didn't have any trouble making my early ferry because the street noise woke me. Checkout took a long time because they had to send someone to check my room. It's kind of funny because the place is so shoddy.

It was a reasonable deal considering the price and the location. Although the room was a bit too small, it was alright for a place to rest and just walk to nearby places for shopping. We felt secured leaving our things so it will be comfortable for us to walk around. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I should have searched longer
The hotel is not in the best area so at night I did not venture out. It is close to two malls and maggellins cross. That's the only benefit to the location. The room is small and the air conditioner worked as long as you were in front of it. Not very good at cooling the entire room. The staff was pleasant.

Damp and miserable
We arrived to find our room, which had a leak from the bathroom and a damp bed. We were transferred to a second room where the taps were leaking and the hot water did not work, the zircon was either too cold for the sheets or too hot to sleep. The restaurant was, not great, so we avoided it. There looked to be a number of places offering more for less relatively close by.
