“We chose this hotel because it is a half mile from the airport and we had an early morning (5:50am) departure. The online description highlights “Free Airport transport”. As we checked in and said that we needed a shuttle at 3:45, we were informed that shuttles started at either 5:00 or 5:30! Although the webpage says free airport shuttle, you have to open additional pop-ups to see the information saying that hours were limited. In the end I had to order an Uber to get to the airport on time.……

“Easy and fast check in and check out. We were passing by the hotel on our way to the event we were in town for and stopped to see if we were able to check in 2 hours early. The staff said our room was available. This was a very big help for my family and greatly appreciated. Breakfast was simple but all items were good quality. Easy check out at 6:00 am.”

“During my 2 wks biz trip, here is the best one I stayed with. Comfortable bed and pillow let me can sleep over night. Delicious and various breakfast made me impressed. There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus.
