They were renovating during our stay, which is good. However the ice machine was down had to go to different floors. Additionally our rom fridge was broken the TV cable was out. Just not the level of service I expected. Staff was friendly, place was clean.

Pleasant stay

The desk attendant was very pleasant, the lobby was clean and decked out for the Christmas season. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. My only complaint was a firm mattress, but for one night it was fine. We all have different preferences so not a huge issue. Breakfast was also good with a good selection to appease even the pickiest eater.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly, and breakfast was as expected at hotels. The only hiccup was that when we checked out, it didn't show that we had prepaid the room with Expedia. Front desk staff didn't seem knowledgeable but it was apparently fixed after we checked out.
