“Great location, easy commute to Downtown Austin!”

“We arrived early and the property owners were nice enough to let us check in earlier than expected. Check-in was easy.place was clean and all amenities fully stocked. You literally can just show up with toothbrush. Place is small but perfect for a couple . Nice patio just outside the door. So close to Zilker park you can walk. You are just a short drive to congress scene. Communication was excellent . Great value for Austin . Highly recommend ”

“Amazing, fun place! Really close to the zilker park and the natural pool. Definitely recommend”

“Very nice. Location worked well for us. Really appreciated the little extras like coffee beans and extra paper goods. It wasn’t an issue for us but there isn’t a laundry in the unit.”

“There was a little snafu with our check in that was quickly resolved. Highly recommend this property.”

“The management team of this property is fantastic to work with. I highly suggest staying here although I’m doing so knowing I don’t want everyone to know about it. Very clean, updated and easy to access, the property is a safe choice for any reason whatsoever. ”

“Great place to stay. Convenient.”

“The blue parking sign for room 2205 was missing.”

“Very nice clean place and so close to many of the places we wanted to go!”

“Had a great time. Thank you for hosting.”

“Unit was good. Could have used more info about the portable a.c. guest shower seemed to drain a little slow. Freezer access is problematic. There was a rattle in the kitchen ac vent that was annoying at times. The real negative of the trip was the foul smell coming from the water fall on the property. When the wind shifted from the north we could smell when on the balcony.”

“Property very clean and very tidy. Had a lot of ammenities if someone wants to cook. Coffee it the morning was very helpful. Very clean bathroom as well.”

“We booked Memorial Day weekend to help our daughter move to another place near this VRBO. Everything was perfect. The location was just a few minute walk to our daughter’s place, two places to get coffee, and several excellent restaurants. The property has a very good feel to it and truly made us feel at home. You can tell the host (Shawn) wants you to have everything you need and works hard to ensure that your stay is excellent so thank you Shawn. It’s a one bedroom in a quaint complex...

“Only issue was doors fir building locked no access”

“Place was great! Fully stocked with everything and very comfortable ,The property also has a great restaurant with a great food and view and very reasonable prices!”
