“After being out all night and ready to get back our hotel room. We found out that the elevators that lead to the hotel rooms were out of service. There were no stairs accessible to us. We had to walk around to find staff and to find out that they didn't know how to get us to our rooms either. We had to wait while staff spoke with other staff to figure out how they can get us to our room. Eventually we had to leave the building and then enter through another area they is only accessible to……

“好好好”

“Hot breakfast bar was great”

“Good”

“The room facilities are modern.”

“Didn't understand the extra change beyond what was booked and expected. No receipt to explain it either.”

“Takes very, very, very long to get any heat increase. All window blinds were very dusty. Get rid of current coffee makers in room and invest in a Kuerig type. Replace soiled shower curtain”

“Good hotel”

“The bartender was great, he was knowledgeable about things to do and see not just in Golden but around the area. The lady (young girl) front desk, was very unfriendly and really acted like she hated her job. When we checked in we were told one thing about parking and everyday we were there it was an annoying situation to park. When we checked out they wanted to charge us for valet parking every day which we never did. Would I go back to Golden yes. But wouldnt stay there.”

“Everything great.”
