“Pros: Parking is plentiful. Breakfast was worthwhile. Room has good amenities. Cons: AC unit makes a racquet. Too much noise. Room gets very dusty. Ensure you get an upstairs room, else you will hear noise above your ceiling.”

“Dog barking next to us all night. Cabin was way too hot both nights. Door open with a box fan…. No coffee maker and shower caused my son to end up in urgent care as he slipped and cracked a rib. Children’s hospital bills available upon request….”

“We didn't feel like the pictures we saw accurately portrayed the rooms, so overall I think we were expecting something different. Someone else checking out the same day as us said the exact same thing regarding the pictures vs. the actual”

“Our room was clean and had been remodeled but the other rooms the kids stayed in had not. They were ok. They were clean and the view was awesome. We enjoyed the location very much.”

“Overall our stay at Ponderosa Lodge was acceptable with some updates and a helpful staff. Our room was dated but comfortable. We had no real negatives except the parking lot. It would be helpful if the stalls were better identified. Other guests would take up too much area when parking. This forced us to use a backup lot further away. I realize it's not the lodges fault but there must be a better way to identity the vehicle stalls. Maybe angle the stalls more so people have a better visual.……
