While it is rustic and homey, we had some issues during our stay. + The check in/out process was very easy. + When our room only had 2 bath towels, the staff responded very quickly to get us 2 more. - The AC in our room was broken. - The ice machine was broken. - There was a crack/hole in the bathroom floor. - The tub was dirty and needed to be scrubbed.……
