The Cortina has seen better days but is still a nice place to stay especially since they are pet friendly. The staff is wonderfully accommodating. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well arranged. The location between Killington and Rutland is perfect.
I had people talking, drinking, and watching Tv in the next room until 2 a.m. I heard someone else ask them to quiet down. I still heard their TV censoring swear words and heard them talking colorfully about many things I did not care about. Don't stay here if you need a good night's sleep many nights ...
Stopping for directions on the rurals roads at night we spoke to (someone who claimed to be, but certainly did sound like) an off-duty cop who said the hotel wasn't the greatest and had a reputation for having drug-involved people hanging out there, that he would stay there himself. When we arrived ...
The staff at KVI is the most hospitable staff we have ever experienced. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this Inn. They are also very pet friendly as is the whole town of Woodstock!
The cabins are old. Really old. Obvious work to paint, patch, replace some windows, things like that was evident. I thought it was kind of cool and fun but it might not be everybody's idea of a nice place to stay so I rated it a little lower. Bed was comfortable (and NOT old) plenty of towels, extra ...
Comfortable, quite, & pet friendly. 3 floors, no elevator. Bring your own pillow, theirs are quite flat. Spacious room/bathroom. Microwave & small fridge.
Hotel was good location and had good facilities with pool and good breakfast. However the room smelt badly of somebody 's pets and the carpet reflected it with a grungy smelly feel
Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Rooms were very quiet and had the wonderful old New England charm with modern bathroom amenities. The brewery on site with lines running to their quaint bar was wonderful. Extremely enjoyable stay!!
This B&B was originally built in the mid 1840's and added to over the years, it has been run as an inn since the 1960's. The inn is relaxed, comfortable and charming, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated, and the breakfast is delicious. The couple who run the inn are very friendly, ...
We looked at the review and were not too bad..When we got to the hotel it did not look like the pictures, the lobby was fine but walking down the hall we could see it ended some updates.
This is the second time that we've stayed there. More than adequate for an overnight stay. Got in late and got a late check out next morning. Missed breakfast. Good coffee for the road though. Staff is pleasant and accomodating.Willl probably go back there again.
Check in was smooth and friendly. And being able to bring out dog along is major. Food and drinks on property were excellent. Location is easy to find first time to the Killington area, we will return and stay here again.
The place does do Welfare tenants, however they seem to put them in another section. As for the hotel, front desk staff, friendly, helpful and nice. Rooms are worn, tired and in need of upgrade, so does the condition of the place. However, was clean, comfortable night's sleep and in a pinch to save, ...
It's all about the location and the fact that it's pet friendly for us. The place is outdated and a little funky but was clean and comfortable enough. I'd probably stay again. The only thing that turned me off was the owner knocked on our door a few minutes before check out as we were packing up ...
