“Communication with property management was problematic. Specifically, I wanted assurances that pots and pans, if non-stick, were in good shape (i.e. no heavy wear and tear and scuffs). They said “yes” but that wasn’t the case when we got there. But if you talk to the local management, they are responsive. Also, the elevator was broken during the whole stay!We got our steps in but it was more work than I wanted.Finally, one morning, the smoke alarm in the hallway went off for no reason.……

“The builing was under construction, which roof work was listed as what to know. HOWEVER we were not informed that our bedroom windows would be boarded shut and the balcony would be unavailabe for use. The door to the balcony was also boraded shut and workers spent all day on it. “The condo was not very clean. The dishwasher did not work. There was not a hair dryer. There were broken hangers.
