Its an old high end hotel but very well kept. The rooms are very nice, though there was no air-conditioning, its always cool. Its in the downtown area of Bogota. Its located in a business district.

Not an international hotel. No smart TV so all channels except CNN were in Spanish. Food poisoning from room service pizza. Wrong information given twice in english at the reception. Old and tired hotel. However well located for many amenities so no need to use a taxi can walk if you feel safe.

About 50 years ago it may of been a five star hotel but now not so much. My wife and I had to switch rooms three times during our stay. They did upgrade rooms each time so that was nice. However, water temperature was difficult to control no matter what shower we used. Water leaks through the lobby when it rains, and not just a little bit. Staff is friendly and accommodating.The area around is not safe after dark.

I like this hotel. It's convenient, safe, quiet, clean, great food, helpful staff, and spacious rooms. Not the most modern in rhe city, but I have nothing to complain about.

What i liked about this property was that the staff and the hotel itself were very nice. What we didnt like was that the room was very dirty, like it was not used for a long time and no cleaning was made. What i didnt like either was that Expedia offer this hotel with a perk but the hotel itself inform us that it was not included in our package, so i was confused, but whatever!!

Excellent ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️ Front desk are accommodating and always answered all of our questions. Room service is the best. ☕️ restaurants, hair salons, dunking donuts, local shops, drug stores, bars, ATMs, banks, all within the 1st floor/lobby. Super convenient.
