Family Christmas
The house was lovely and very roomy. We had a good time and really enjoyed the pool. There were a few problems such as the oven temperature and the dishwasher wasn't very efficient. The key to the granny flat kept sticking and I think some of the remotes need new batteries. The double bunk bed was extremely noisy also. These are all problems that can be easily fixed and just wanted to being them to owners attention. Overall a great getaway and handy to a lot of vineyards.

Awesome house for special occasions

Amazing Group Stay!

A lovely base
We stayed here for the week leading up to our wedding, along with our bridal party and their young families. It was a lovely place to relax and each others company, great for the kids with plenty of activities for the grown ups too. We’d love to come back! A fantastic stay, thanks.

Great place for large group
This is a great place for large group of friends and families, it has a lot of space and features keeping all of us entertained throughout our stay. It is very close to shops and only 15 mins drive to the wineries.

Great , spacious home, super clean
We had a lovely stay at Alisha and Matt's property. The home was so spacious, super clean, and 4 bathrooms on site made our stay really easy. The hosts were lovely and responded quickly to contact. Would highly recommend this property as a base for exploring the Hunter Valley.

Great house
Would definitely come back here! Perfect location and great house with spacious rooms. Pool table was an awesome plus. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for a larger group. The welcome hamper was a really nice touch. Would recommend!

Massive house in the hunter
Great house to host large group of friends in the hunter. Every bedroom was large and spacious, clean and comfortable. Would strongly recommend to anyone to stay here.

A couple of issues; * Toilet seat in ensuite to back bedroom very loose and unstable. * Electronic switch to back gates very hard to work. Looks to be broken. * Instructions with dishwasher would have been helpful. We finally worked it out

Spacious house, close to Wineries
Our whole family plus our dogs enjoyed their stay and had a great time. The house is really spacious, plenty of parking space at the back of the house. The kids love the pool and the adults enjoyed the pool table. It’s also great that it has a few bathrooms. Would book again next time!

Great place to share with friends and family
We spent four fabulous days on this beautiful property. In total, we were 10 people (children – teens – adults), and each one found that this property was the perfect fit. It has different areas to enjoy such as pool table/tv room, living room, pool, terrace…It boasts well-sized bedrooms. Communication with owners has been fantastic. We do recommend this property and will visit again in the future.

What a house! It’s just so much bigger and lovelier than we ever imagined. So much space, gorgeously decorated and has literally everything you could possibly want and need during our stay. Great house for groups as there is so much space to play but also when you want some of your own space. Cannot wait to come back and stay again! 5 stars and then some.

From start to finish, we had an amazing experience. The owner was wonderful, and helped with our every need. The accommodation was just brilliant in every way, and everything you need was well thought out and available. So much space, well looked after and with all the modern touches. We had a weekend at this property and wish we had been able to stay longer! The property has so many wonderful features including a BBQ/bar area in the back, a great pool with a billiards room attached, a gorgeous bath, and multiple ensuites making this a very comfortable stay for large groups. We will definitely visit again

Cute, clean and comfortable!
The perfect location for a girls getaway in The Hunter! The photos don’t do the house justice. The main bathroom is huge and is perfect for a big group to get ready in. There is also a granny flat with another kitchen and bathroom on the property. The pool was clean and the air con worked well. We’ll definitely be back!

The best so roomy especially with a big family kids had room to play ride there scooters kids in and out of the pool all day l can not fault I absolutely loved it the family didn’t want to leave one small thing the house needed plastic plates and cups for kids 10/10

Big comfy house for extended family
We had our extended family of 10 staying in the house. It was definitely a home away from home! Really clean and comfortable. Despite the wet weather, the house had heaps of things to do for the entire family. The only thing would be the traffic noise in the front two bedrooms. The granny flat could also do with better cleaning.

Fantastic home with plenty of space. The pool room got a work out. So comfortable inside and out. The house has everything you need to host a great dinner party and is so close to everything. We will be recommending this place to our friends and family and will be returning ourselves.

Huge property with a wow factor
Lovely place! Really had my friends all super impressed. Very clean and nice mod cons. The coffee machine was a nice touch and got great use from the pool table. The washing machine wasnt great so hand washed everything after and couldn't get on the wifi. Amazing property and would certainly stay there again!!

This place is great for groups staying in the Hunter region. Has great facilities, and very comfortable. Close to cessnock and the wine region. Nice bbq area and pool table and has everything you need. Would love to return for another trip!

Best Hunter Getaway.
We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect, the pictures looked great but in person this place is AMAZING. Alisha & Matt are fantastic, very responsive and were a pleasure to converse with. The house itself is VERY spacious and the massive dining table was perfect for our group, the rooms were cosy and not to mention the pool table which was a very nice touch. There couldn't have been a more perfect location for a weekend getaway. Recommend/10.

Perfect weekend getaway
Such an easy process to book. House is just as amazing in person as it looks in photos. Great location (less than 10 minute drive to wineries and event venues). So close to Cessnock main streets. Hosts were fantastic! We’re already considering our next stay there :)
