"We had an extended stay here for business. The house was great with lots of room for our crew members rotating in and out. Great communication with the host and his ability to make the property “worker” friendly was top-notch. Whatever your reason for travel Daniel is geared to make your stay comfortable."

"This was a the perfect fit for a short stay in Evansville. The neighborhood was quiet, and I felt very safe staying there. It is just a short 7-minute drive to downtown. The owners were very responsive and answered all of my questions."

"This is our second stay here. The first time was 2 years ago, and there have been some updates. Freshly painted wall in living room and the queen guest room, for starters. Additional fixtures and decor made it very home like. Drew responds promptly to any communication. Doing laundry and cooking our own meals is paramount, plus allowing our pooch. We would stay here again next year!"

"We brought our son and his wife and kids to our holiday world mini vacation. There was plenty of space for all of us and lots of space for the kids to run and play. They even had games for the kids. The place was exactly as described. The host was very easy to communicate with and promp with responses. We will definitely plan to stay there again!"

"The property was as advertised? Clean and charming 1950's ranch in the country. We enjoyed watching the wildlife, turkey, deer, blue birds, and a quick look at a ground hog. It was perfectly quiet and just relaxing, but very close to Downtown, restaurants, Angel Mounds, and grocery store. It was all we needed to celebrate my Husband's 60th and view the Solar eclipse."

"This place is a cute little ranch with a great backyard. The place is very clean. Yard is fenced. My kids loved the switch/PlayStation and the foosball table. Wasn’t super well equipped (no cups! Don’t worry we bought some and donated them) and the dishwasher doesn’t work but honestly you can’t beat the price and pets allowed too. The neighborhood feels very comfortable and safe. We walked all over. Every kind of store and restaurant is within a 10 minute drive. I give this place double double...

"Enjoyed our ten day stay near downtown Newburgh. The house has been beautifully updated and decorated with touches of when it was built. Gorgeous kitchen furnished with many small appliances and anything you might need. Nice comfortable beds. Proximity to walking to restaurants and the river walk was perfect. Hoping to stay there again. Loved it!"
