We enjoyed our visit to Ajijic
We enjoyed our stay in Ajijic we enjoy walking and walked in the main centre every day. The property is nicely located close to shopping and restaurants. The owner is very good to communicate with.

Love Casa Felicidad
We had a fantastic time in Casa Felicidad! The home was perfect for our stay. We had everything we needed and more. The location is great for exploring around the Lake Chapala area. The property owner, Rex, was very thoughtful with providing information about the home and was quick to respond to our questions. Thank you!

This place had everything you would need. There was nothing you had to buy. The owners were so friendly and helpful, all the information was there including taxi numbers and places to eat. The pictures did not show how nice it was. Thank you so much for all your help we had so much fun in Ajijic.

Casa Felicidad made our family very happy
From the time we arrived, and through our stay, our 6 person family were comfortable. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the accommodations were pleasant. Having a washer and dryer were a plus, as was the view from the mirador,(upstairs balconey) and the near vicinity to the tinguas (market) and other amenities. As a big group, we were challlenged by the water pressure (take only 1 shower at a time). It was comfortable sleeping under the fans, and we had lots of storage space too. The full kitchen allowed us to prepare meals, and it was a wonderful stay.

Fantastic home and location
We loved, loved, loved everything about this home! It is located in a beautiful neighborhood, close enough to town to enjoy the walk to the plaza and just a few blocks away from the weekly farmers market. We enjoyed the rooftop patios with gorgeous vistas and the enclose patios off of each bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and fun to cook in! It even has a walk in pantry! The bedrooms had huge built in closets that I am envious of! In short, we lived this home and would love to rent it again! Tricia

Spacious bedrooms, small living room
This house was built as a vacation rental and it mostly works as such. The two second floor bedrooms with balconies and shared bath are fine. There's also a rooftop "mirador." Downstairs MBR and bath also fine. Large dining room table will accommodate 6 guests, but the screened in veranda-like TV room is cramped (can seat 3-4 people at most) and quite chilly in January. Owner says he will glass it in. There are several chimneys but they were not hooked up and would have been most welcome evenings and/or mornings. The kitchen is modern and user-friendly, but the glass hood is dangerous for anyone over 5ft 10. It's almost invisible walking by and I bumped into it several times, That was most irritating. Communication with owner was good. Took a little longer to reach the property manager

Thank you for your review. We have owned this property for a short time and continue to upgrade it. Ajijic can be chilly at times and we have recently installed gas lines to the chimneys and we will be installing gas logs in the fireplaces. We will be adding a rubber bumper to the glass stove vent hood. We are in the process of glassing in the outdoor screened veranda, and new furniture will easily accommodate 6 people. We have also offered to swap furniture by having the kitchen table in the veranda and the veranda furniture/TV in a larger area off of the kitchen. Our goal is to offer a great experience in an outstanding Lakeside location in Ajijic and your comments will help us to do just that. Thank you! Rex

Excellent property in a good location, a block from the beach and eight blocks from Colon Street!
Newly painted and decorated with all the modern appliances. Nice courtyard to sit outside and read. Secured and locked entrance from the street for you and your vehicle. Great view from the third floor decks. We recommend this property to any one who requires a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home for a vacation. We had the opportunity to meet the owners who were a very dedicated couple who really cared about our comfort and needs.

We enjoyed this well appointed home!
Loved it!! The property manager was responsive to our arrival timeframe. The house was spotless on arrival and the maid service was an added plus! The house is well laid out, comfortable and secure. Off-street parking and garage door opener! The kitchen has everything needed for meal prep! Thank you for having dishwashing, laundry and miscellaneous cleaning supplies available. Plenty of room for extended family. Nice roof top decks and courtyard for enjoying Ajijic's eternal spring! We will return!

Great Home and Great Owners
We had the pleasure of spending 26 days at Casa Felicidad and we had a wonderful time. Rex and his wife have a great home with a fantastic location just as described. The house is close to everything and really no need to have a car, you can walk to the bus stop, restaurants, shopping etc..I highly recommend this property and we will rent this property again
