“Was a nice space and easy to walk in the downtown area & beach”

“We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The property was beautiful, welcoming, and felt like home. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Great location.”

“Our room was clean, bright and very comfortable. We were in close proximity to the downtown area and beach. Wellness spa was in the same building and we treated ourselves to massages during our stay.”

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Edgewater was the perfect place for a fall weekend vacation.”

“When I booked it said it was a water view not a street view. It was for our 30th anniversary and wanted a water view. While it was a great unit it was right on the busy street at the bridge. The listing should be more accurate. Very disappointing.”

“Beautiful, well appointed condo, in a great location, BUT this condo faces the street not the water, no balcony.”

“We enjoyed the view from our balcony the most.”

“The condo was clean and bright with great views of the drawbridge. Nice balcony view as well. Front desk was friendly but not helpful in resolving issues. Unusual layout of condo, with bathroom directly in the bedroom. Condo lacks lighting--no table or floor lamps. Adequate kitchen supplies. Inconvenient dishware cupboard; difficult to get dishware out.”

“Great stay”

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location in the summer when it is so busy downtown! This condo needs the rug washed, it was filthy. The cool air vent in the main floor bedroom is hung upside down providing a view of the hole in the wall from the bed. Easy fix!”

“I don't think the room has been updated sine the 80's. Why is there a tub in the middle of the bathroom?”

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stopped by Charlevoix several times for dinner, but on a whim Stopped by edgewater to see if they had an opening and they had 1 condo on the water left.
