The lady working the front desk was an absolute doll. A smile for everyone and a great attitude,the kind of rare human you can just tell lives her every day life like that. The rest of the staff were also polite and personable as well. The actual hotel was a different story though. For starters,the price I paid on Expedia for 2 nights was $50 more than if I had just paid there. Not a ding on them at all,but information to have. The floor was filthy,the tv didn’t work and the bed was essentially just a cot with 2 of the flattest pillows on planet earth. People were absolutely blasting music at full volume all night both nights I was there too.

The young lady at front desk was very nice. She looks like she need to be paid more. First room there was a punched hole in the bathroom. The second room upstairs you heard banging all night. The bathroom was dirty and sticky. No toilet paper, housekeeping young lady said speaks no English which I was about to ask her in spanish if she have tissue. I had to try to wash the door with the one little soap that was provided. Shower curtain was dirty. The oldest TV. I was so over it, I just wiped and cleaned the room for my 3 days stay. So much traffic in this hall.

Well well well… on top of not being to check in after 11pm because they don’t have staff there after hours. They had DOG FECES in the HALLWAY my entire stay.(4days) The room REEKED of cigarettes. We had to do our own laundry. Like seriously the lady told us to bring the sheets and towels down and use the laundry machine in the vending room. 1 roll of tissue. Would NEVER stay here again.

The pics on the website are fake. This place is old & trash. I was in room 231 & could barely open the door because the floor was raised! I checked the beds and there was hair under the top sheets! I informed the manager. She was really nice and changed the sheets for me. There were no more rooms because it was graduation weekend. I will never stay here again

The furniture was wobbly and falling apart. There was no trashcan. The bathrooms didn't even look clean. The staff was mediocre. We survived the stay but it wasn't extremely comfortable or special.

The backdoor seemed to be ghetto, missing a handle and propped up open by various bottles and cans. I think one day it was a aloe vera drink bottle, another day it was a 211 beer can, different types of soft drink and waters. My tub had a crack in it, and the headboard had what looked like scratch or claw marks in it when I arrived. The guest in the room next to me cwhere knocking on the walls and trying to communicate. I knocked on their door and asked them to stop.

The property was old and repairs were subpar(Sheetrock in bathroom looked like a toddler fixed it). The staff was unprofessional and complained every time about personal problems when I was at desk. Smell of marijuana was STRONG everywhere. Room had bad odor, but appeared clean. The place made me feel sketchy.
