The room looked nothing like the picture! It was very small and basic and smelled of a product I think is used to disguise stale cigarette smoke. The rug was grimy…I kept my shoes on the whole time. They must have a problem with people smoking in the rooms.…the guy at the front desk harped on what would happen if I smoked in the room…I assured him I am a non smoker, but he kept on going. It was weird. Everything they could cheap out on, they did. Tiny scratchy towels, scratchy tissues, diluted cheap toiletries…the shampoo didn’t even lather. I’m sorry to be so negative, but I want people to know this is not what is pictured and probably substandard to other Comfort Inns.I was traveling alone, so all I needed was a good night’s sleep in a clean, safe place. Comfort Inns usually are cleaner, newer and a better value. The rate I paid was about twice what a room like this should cost. It struck me more like a bargain hotel…closer to a Motel 6 kind of place.
