This property is terrible. I would not recommend to anyone. I booked a room once i arrive the staff at the front desk helped me while on his phone with headphones in . Once i got up to the room i opened the door the room had not been cleaned. The front desk person advised me that was the only room available and i could not stay there. Even though it was 1 in the morning when i arrived .After a long day of working i would not recommend.

We were able to check in early, the rooms and public areas were clean and well maintained. The only semi compliant I have, is that breakfast was removed at 940, instead of 10am. We were lucky, as we just happened to get there around 930.

I had a lot of issues with the stay. Choice Hotels is making things right because the property manager failed to do so. The three star rating for staff is for the front desk staff, not the property manager. We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night and then ended up checking out a day early and going to another Country Inn and Suites. I would not stay at the hotel in the future. I will continue to stay at other Choice Hotels because of their great customer service.
