Beautiful enclosed porch looking at the water - rock outside while knowing kids can safely run around! Boat dock with slip directly in front of house! This charming family home is perfect to gather or just enjoy a getaway from the hustle and bustle of every day life! Easy access to Troutman or Mooresville, NC for grocery store or dining options!
