Overall the hotel is ok. Staff is not too friendly, starting at the person at reception for the check in process. The second night we had fire alarm ringing at 2:30am, which I understand it is not something the hotel can control. After staying outside for 20 min we were asked to get back to the rooms but no communication was made by the staff at that time. During the check out process the person at reception didn't ask if everything was good or gave us an explanation / apologies about the fire alarm from previous night.

We LOVED our stay in Charlotte at this property. Will definitely stay here if we ever come back to town. Front desk super responsive and kind. Overall, one of the best properties that we have stayed at-and we stay many places and travel a LOT! Thank you for a pleasant experience.

If you are a light sleeper, void room 219, there is a balcony overlooking the atrium and you can hear EVERYTHING. Also didn't help that I had people across the hall with a puppy that they allowed to bark ALL morning long, beginning at 7am. I don't like that fact that there is no natural light in the room either since it overlooks the atrium. Oh, and I won't get into the weird couch lips in the vestibule off the elevator. Otherwise, it was clean, and the location was excellent.

Our stay was comfortable, This location is close to shopping and restaurants. We did eat at the bar and the food and cocktails were pretty good. We are in town due to a family members health issues and needed to extend our stay. The price for an additional 2 nights was much higher than what we had paid for the first two nights so we left. There are no mini fridge or microwaves and no complimentary morning coffee, but they do offer Starbucks brand beverages for purchase at the bar. There was also fruit infused water in the lobby. Overall the stay was fine, but over priced in comparison to other hotels with more amenities in the area.

Even though my room wwas missing an iron, the stay was great! Clean with plenty amenities and the balcony overlooking the downstairs dining area was a nice touch! Will definitely be back!

Such a wonderful stay! We love staying here because it’s so close to the mall and to wonderful restaurants. It seems that each time I stay it’s just been updated, because everything is always crisp and new feeling. The staff is super attentive and friendly and the atmosphere is lively, safe and inviting.

Rooms were nice. Comfortable beds and pillows. Unfortunately, we were awakened by music around 7:30 am every morning. This was music being played in the atrium.

Room was too hot and stuffy. Very uncomfortable. I had no control of the rooms temperature. Clock radio was to bright. No ability to turn it off. Also I don’t remember setting the clocks alarm but it went off at 6am. Gym weightlifting station is in need of repair.

Short stay
Although we were in Charlotte for a medical appointment, the hotel was a wonderful choice with close restaurants and shopping. Very nice atrium lounge area.
