I’ve stayed here multiple times. Prices go up and down depending on functions at the University. It’s clean, friendly, has lots of parking, a pool, guest laundry and a breakfast included. Where they can improve…The breakfast needs a better hot food menu. The crustless Quiche and ham & egg croissant is alright, but it would be nice to see scrambled egg, sausage, etc. On 2 occasions I’ve asked for every other day housekeeping, it’s more like every 4th day. These are small issues that don’t have any affect on me booking here again.

Although not your fault, the guest above our room walked "extremely" hard and we could hear every step. Not sure why anyone would do so much walking in such a small space...but, all of the staff were extremely courteous.

Positive: Charleigh provided outstanding Customer Service. The Negative: Parking Spaces are too narrow, could barely get in my car and hope the next car over didn't opem their door too wide
