We loved that it was so close to the snowmobile trail. We plan to come back with more friends next time. It’s tough to find an affordable place to stay with a dog these days."

"We were in Houghton for a university event. The house is nicely situated between the school and town. Easy walk to either. We were a little worried at first because the house is surrounded by Greek houses and we were there on a weekend but I can honestly say that we didn’t hear a peep from outside. Loved the fireplace. Such a cozy little place. "

"Beautiful antiques throughout. Stairs are very hard to use. Gave the room we paid for to someone else before we got there. Ended up in a smaller room, smaller bed. Matress is very old, no support. Will not book again. "
