Although the flight itself, and the service were good the seats in comfort plus aren't any bigger than the regular economy seats. There's a little more leg room but not enough of a perk to warrant the extra money.
Great job... impressive crew! The pilot even came back into the cabin to personally explain a short mechanical delay. So very personal and appropriately done!
I don’t understand why we paid to check in our luggage and noticed a good number of people giving their baggage to an attendant at the gate and not having to pay for it. Please look into that. That is unfair trade practices. The flight personnel were perfectly wonderful.
The first leg was on time but the connection was tight so had to run the distance of 59 gates to get to board the second leg. It was close!
Luggage charge is too expensive and every thing like snacks and drinks is at a price. For long flights this is not right.
seating space is not made for tall people.
Airport personnel very accommodating.
Other than some TSA issues, thought I was getting the full Monty both legs of the trip, Delta provided exceptional service, especially at CWA
Staff was great
Stewardess on flight was exceptional cheerful and answered questions with enthusiasm.
