“I travel A LOT for business and for pleasure with the wife. This Cranberry Hotel is one of my favorites for a nice long weekend. This hotel is very clean with friendly staff. Great value for the money, restaurant/bar right beside it. Centralized for all of the activities around Cheat Lake WV.”

“Stay was great, property is a little dated but clean and comfortable. We did have some minor trouble with bed slats but all in all a very pleasant and fun trip.”

“We thought we where going to have a suite with a patio and barbecue pit what we got was a small room with 2 double beds they changed our room to a room with 2 queen beds we had no microwave or refrigerator in the morning our coffee pot was broke so went down to lobby and there was know coffee and they had the fridge locked for continental breakfast ask desk clerk why she told us they where having hot breakfast in the fusion restaurant that’s why everything was locked s o we went to dinning room……

“ Property looks nothing like pictures Front door is broken Beautiful lobby. Night manager on Friday night was very helpful and pleasant. Had to drive around the building to our room. Road has major potholes, poor lighting and landscaping was lacking. The room was clean ac worked great. Shower water pressure was amazing, tub drain was extremely slow. The description of the property states breakfast items and restaurant on property. The restaurant is not open and breakfast items was……

“Maggie had a nice welcome basket on the counter top for us to enjoy during our stay! It was a sweet and pleasant surprise! She was easy to communicate with when we had questions and she gave us a wonderful suggestion to a local restaurant! Lovely house and we would stay there again.”
