Small fisherman's house

Small comfortable and charming house in the bay of Mont Saint Michel, 100 m from the sea and the shore (beach with coarse sand and shells without the possibility of swimming), located in a very quiet street.
A sunny veranda overlooks the large fully enclosed and sheltered garden, ideal for children and pets. The garden is regularly maintained, it will offer you in summer flowers and fruits, of course BIO-organic!
The house is very clean and the reception particularly attentive. The three bedrooms are upstairs, a living room - dining room on the ground floor has a large leather sofa bed for possible visits (free). The kitchen is new and very modern, equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and modern hood, the bathroom is completely renovated but a little old fashion.
By your arrival, Catherine will welcome you very kindly and will offer you her help throughout your stay. She is a pearl and one of the major assets of this rental!
Between each rental, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, to guarantee you a healthy home.
This little house is very comfortable, furnished with pretty antique "directoire" style furniture, and located in the heart of the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel.
The geographical location of the house allows you to spend holidays in peace from the tourist hubbub, but close to the sea and its sandy or shell beaches.
For sports enthusiasts, the sand yachting school for adults and children is 100 meters away, the swimming beaches 5 km away.
For gourmets, creperies and fresh fish and shellfish restaurants (oysters and mussels) offer you multiple menus accompanied by purely Breton cider. The "pre-salted lamb" meat comes from this region and is particularly tasty.
Cherrueix is ​​only 20 km from the historic city of Saint-Malo and Mont Saint-Michel, near the beaches of Cancale and the cathedral of Dol de Bretagne. Ideal site for nature and sports enthusiasts: fishing, sailing, sand yachting in front of the house, hiking, horse riding.... Region renowned for its history, its menhirs and its gastronomy (fish, oysters, mussels).

The village of Cherrueix has two restaurants-bars, a delicious creperie where dogs are allowed, a small supermarket, a baker and a traveling butcher.

Es war sehr schön, alles hat gepasst. Eingezäunter Garten. In wenigen Minuten am endlosen Strand, der allerdings wegen des sehr starken Tidenhubs zum baden weniger geeignet ist. Blick auf den mont saint Michel. Freundlicher Empfang.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in der Bretagne
Wir haben in dem kleinen Fischerhaus in Cherrueix einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Häuschen haben wir, wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden. Vielen Dank für den leckeren "Far breton" und den Cidre, den wir bei unserer Ankunft bekommen haben. Das Häuschen war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist modern und mehr als gut ausgestattet. Den schönen Garten und Wintergarten haben wir sehr genossen. Unser Hund war hier willkommen und konnte in dem abgeschlossenen Garten frei laufen. Im Haus steht ein Elektrogrill. Als wir nach einem Kohlegrill gefragt haben, wurde uns von "Catherine" gleich einer gebracht, nochmal vielen Dank :-). Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, Frau Sevegrant, war problemlos und für uns einfach, da sie uns auf deutsch geschrieben hat. Liebe Grüße auf diesem Weg, Maria und Jörg

Schöner Urlaub in der Bretagne
Für uns hat alles gepasst. Die Kommunikation mit Nicole und Catherine vor Ort war sehr nett und hat reibungslos funktioniert. Catherine spricht allerdings kein Deutsch, was für uns kein Problem war, da wir etwas Französisch sprechen. Das Haus ist liebevoll individuell eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Küche ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafräume erreicht man nur durch eine sehr steile Treppe. Für uns kein Problem, sollte vielleicht in der Beschreibung aber erwähnt werden. Die Lage ist toll, man ist wirklich sofort am Strand. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und viele schöne Ausflüge in der Umgebung gemacht. Das Haus kann man unbedenklich weiterempfehlen.

Très agréable séjour
Très bon accueil de Catherine qui s’occupe de la maison. Super communication ! La maison est telle qu’elle est décrite dans l’annonce de location, très bien située et jardin bien clôturé parfait pour les animaux . La cuisine est bien équipée et surtout tout était bien propre . Deux bémols à citer concernant la maison : - la maison est ancienne donc le plancher grince fort alors quand on se lève la nuit il faut faire attention pour ne pas gêner les autres. Le charme de l’ancien ;-) - Enfin la véranda n’a pas de stores au plafond ni aux vitres donc elle n’est pas utilisable en journée même quand il faisait plus gris et pleuvait il faisait trop chaud pour rester à l’intérieur au moindre rayon de soleil c’est un four. Mais bon quand il fait beau on s’installe dehors, fraîcheur sous les arbres et aussi il y a une table avec un parasol .

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und entsprach ganz der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und auch die Übergabe und Abnahme des Hauses nach dem Urlaub, war sehr freundlich. Kuchen und Cidre gab's zur Begrüßung.

Wunderschönes Haus in einem wunderschönen Land
Das Fischerhäuschen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist so urig eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Der Wintergarten lädt zum Verweilen ein und der komplett eingezäunte Garten hat nicht nur unserem Hund gefallen. Sonne den ganzen Tag. Das Wasser auf der anderen Straßenseite, sozusagen ein Katzensprung. Meerblick vom Dachfenster!! Der Ort ist ganz ruhig und niedlich, wunderschön der Strand, immer mit Blick auf den Mont - Saint - Michel. Cancale, Dol de Bretagne alles ruckzuck mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir, das waren meine Mutter, mein Sohn, meine Schwiegertochter und ich. 3 Generationen waren begeistert von Leuten, Haus und der wundervollen Bretagne. Wir kommen wieder. Ein großer Dank an Catherine, für den herzlichen Empfang mit kühlem Cidre und leckeren Kuchen.

Tranquillité et sérénité en bord de mer
Accueil charmant en cette terre bretonne idéalement située entre le Mont st Michel et Saint Malo. Le petit jardin clôturé fut un vrai paradis pour ma petite chienne et la véranda un bonheur en ce. Début de mois de mai. La mer est loin certes mais se promener sur ces immenses plages désertes est un vrai ressourcement. Décidement notre séjour fut trop court.

Cherrueix : sans intérêt; Beaucoup de vent! Le gite très agréable, joli mobilier,confortable, cependant : une véranda impraticable sous le soleil (pas de store), une baignoire sabot inconfortable pour des personnes âgées,un escalier très bruyant !

Petite maison au calme très agréable et bien équipée. Joli jardin clos à l'arrière avec table, chaises longues et barbecue. Environnement superbe; commerces et restaurants à moins de 10mn à pied en empruntant le magnifique sentier littoral. Communication fluide et cordiale avec la propriétaire , accueil parfait et chaleureux sur place . Rien ne manque pour passer d'excellentes vacances!

Je vais commencer par l'extérieur Maison jolie et bien entretenue surtout le jardin les enfants et les chiens ils ont adorés. La mer pas loin avec le parc pour les enfants. La plage est autorisé pour les chiens le meuste. Un village avec les petits commerces pas loin, de bon restaurant. Ensuite la maison Elle a beaucoup d'équipements pour passer un excellent séjour. La vue de la mer dans la chambre principale un bonheur dès le matin. Nous reviendrons dans cette location qui nous a beaucoup charmé.

Jolie petite maison de pêcheur.
Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans cette maison agrémentée d'un bien joli jardin. L'accueil par la personne de confiance de la propriétaire était chaleureux. On voit que la maison évolue au fil du temps, avec de belles améliorations (cuisine neuve très bien équipée, peintures neuves...). On espère aussi que nos petites remarques auront été transmises à la propriétaire, toujours dans un but positif d'amélioration du bien. En tout cas, nous avons passé, mon fils et moi, de super vacances. J'espère, pour ma part, y revenir un jour, car aussi la région est magnifique.

L’accueil est fait par une personne très souriante et dévouée (avec far et jus de pomme maison) Mobilier vétuste, parfois bancal et "mal aéré". Pas de volet, ni de rideau occultant dans la grande chambre. Literie peu confortable. Appareils de chauffage d'appoint très insuffisants. L'aménagement général du genre "petit musée d'antiquité" manque de certains éléments de confort basique( ex: porte -manteaux pour poser les vestes mouillées ...)

Charmante maison bien située à l’écart de l’axe principal à proximité de la mer. Luminosité, calme, joli petit jardin bien entretenu sont autant d’atouts pour assurer un séjour reposant. La décoration intérieure, dans son jus, lui confère le charme d’une vieille maison de famille et nous avons apprécié. Équipement complet (il n’aura manqué que le sèche-cheveux). Le seul bémol concerne la salle de bains dont la rénovation aurait pu inclure une douche italienne pour la practicité et donc un confort accru. Une couette ne serait pas de trop également pour une hygiène assurée. Tout ceci n’ôte rien aux qualités de la maison et constituerait une plus-value pour ce produit très recommandable. A noter également le fait que les animaux sont acceptés et dans un environnement sécurisé, c’est bien appréciable. Super séjour en conclusion.

Unterkunft zur Überarbeitung
Hallo, positiv ist : Die neue Küche, das Bad, der große Garten, das Inventar, die Ruhe und die nähe zum Strand. Christin war trotz fehlender Englischkenntnisse sehr nett. Das war es auch. Das negative ist : Das Tor vorne sollte man, für´s optische, reparieren. Den alten Gartentisch sollte man reparieren. Der passt nämlich gut zum Garten ! Das Doppelbett sollte man austauschen (ist zu klein) und die Bretter unterm Bett entnehmen. Wir waren über den nicht vorhandenen, aber im Inserat angebotene Internet und Kabelempfang enttäuscht. Sonst hätten wir das Haus nicht gebucht. Der DVD-Player funktionierte nur bei CD´s, DVD´s konnte er nicht lesen. Tipp von uns : Bitte Drahloser DSL-Zugang und Internet aus dem Inserat nehmen, da kein WLAN-Router im Haus liegt.

So macht Urlaub Spaß !! :-)
Vom ersten Kontakt - bis zum letzten Ferientag ... alles super gelaufen! Das Häuschen ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die wunderschönen alten Möbelstücke verbreiten einen ganz besonderen Charme (das sie manchmal ein bisschen klemmen, gehört einfach dazu!). Küche und Bad sind modern eingerichtet, mit allem, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Alles war blitz,blank sauber! Besonders nennenswert ist der idyllische Garten hinter dem Haus, in dem man es, dank der alten Obstbäume, auch bei 30°C gut aushalten kann. Der Aufgang zur oberen Etage, mit den drei kleinen Schlafzimmern ist nicht unbedingt für gehbehinderte Menschen geeignet, weil recht steil, uns hat das nicht weiter gestört, sollte aber vielleicht in der Hausbeschreibung erwähnt werden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, Frau Sevegrand, im Vorfeld war sehr schön und dadurch, dass sie deutsch schrieb, gut verständlich. Mit Madame Christine, vor Ort haben wir uns mit Händen und Füßen ;-) unterhalten und als es gar nicht mehr weiter ging, per Telefon mit Frau Sevegrand als Dolmetscherin, alles klären können, was uns am Herzen lag. Vielen Dank, Madame Christine, für Ihre Geduld. Wir haben hier zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht, die leider viel zu schnell vergingen. Die Gegend ist traumhaft und es gibt hier so viel zu sehen und zu erleben, dass zwei Wochen bei weitem nicht ausreichen. Wir können dieses Häuschen von Herzen weiter empfehlen. Très plaisant et agréable
Bonjour, Quelques mots juste pour partager une excellente adresse. Cette petite (pas si petite quand même...) maison de pêcheur était vraiment sympathique et agréable. Un jardin magnifiquement entretenu et superbe. Les enfants ont adoré. Idem pour la veranda, un réel plaisir de prendre le petit déjeuner dehors avec le soleil, dedans face au merveilleux jardin. Bien placée également : boulangerie et petits commerces à proximité, et village idéalement placé pour visiter un peu tout autour (Mont St Michel, Cancale, St Malo, ....). Nous avons même été dans la forêt de Brocéliande toute une journée, on y est assez vite... Un grand merci à la personne qui nous a accueilli également, qui était toujours présente quand on avait besoin d'elle et qui était vraiment très gentille et accueillante. Une semaine qu'on gardera en mémoire, et si on devait retourner dans le coin, je pense bien que nous retournerons dans cette maison. Merci également à madame Sevegrand qui était à l'écoute et qui répondait rapidement à toutes nos questions. Florent.
