“Beautiful surrounding.
Hotel property is ok.
On the first day at the reception I was given a room that takes about 6 minutes to walk,I went with 2 suitcases up a steep hill till the hotel area.the weather was really really hot.was not offered for someone to give me a hand!
Then 1 flight up no lift.came there was exhausted as hell.no a/c in the rooms only small fan.did not sleep well 3 nights.in the morning 7.50 a.m working was going on on the roof really loud noise..so could not enjoy some……

“The rooms need at least an option of having more light. I get the theme for the hotel, but still - the lack of light in the room was deeply inconvenient.
The most disappointing part was the pool area. When I visited in 2022, the pool setup was absolutely amazing for summer - cocktails in a very elegantly done Moroccan themed poolside. Great vibes, great drinks. Now - all that is gone, and the pool cabanas aren’t even properly set up. This was a real disappointment as it was the key reason I’d……

“Lovely hotel grounds are lovely staff were helpful and polite rooms had all the essentials needed. Hotel was peaceful enjoyed gaving breakfast. Bar was nice good drinks selection. Great location for the warner brothers harry potter studio tour.”

“沙发床太单薄了，还好是孩子睡。淋浴头接口漏水。沐浴液瓶都是散开的，没有洗手液。赶上英国假期，人太多，餐厅爆满，没啥服务。外部环境还不错，离温莎城堡也比较近。”
