Welcome to your perfect home away from home in Chester! This super cottage has views from the living room and balcony which overlooks the River Dee and The Meadows. The décor is stylish and in keeping with the cottage feel.
There is an open plan living/dining area with a comfortable 4 seater sofa from The Vintage Sofa Shop along with a comfortable armchair and a smart TV. The real showpiece of the property is the balcony with it’s views over the River Dee and to the meadows. Off the living/dining area is a downstairs w/c and a galley kitchen which is cottage style but with all modern amenities.
Upstairs there is a large bathroom with bath and separate shower. The master bedroom is to the right with a beautiful King bed, built in wardrobes and its own w/c. The second bedroom to the left also has a stunning King bed, built in wardrobes and a vanity unit.

With its close proximity to Chester city centre and its array of shops restaurants, and attractions, this property provides you with the perfect base to explore all this beautiful city has to offer.

Parking - Please note that there is parking for 1 small to medium sized car under the car port to the left of the front door. All other parking spaces are privately owned by neighbours and not to be parked in. If you feel that your car won't fit, there is parking on the main road opposite Waitrose (time restrictions apply) or paid for parking a short distance away at Christleton Road Car Park. Thank you!

Within walking distance of the centre, this 2 bed home could not be better situated for your Chester stay.
The food quarter on Pepper street has an array of restaurants - favourites of ours include Piccolinos, Opera Grill, Artezzan and nearby Thai - Ruan Orchid.
Right in the heart of the city centre, you can park your car and walk to all of the tourist attractions. The Roman Walls, The Ampitheatre, Chester Cathedral, The famous 'Rows' shopping and the beautiful Cheshire Riviera - the River Dee!!
Favourite pubs and bars include Metronome Jazz Bar (small but full of character) on Godstall Lane, Providence Gin (42 pages of Gin on the menu!) on Watergate street and 'The Disguisery' on the rows above Sainsburys on Watergate Street.
The brand new Chester Market on Northgate Street is also well worth a visit!
In central Chester everything is within walking distance, however Chester has very good bus routes and taxi services if needed. Rail and road travel is also easily accessible here, with great train services to Liverpool, Manchester & further afield. If you are bringing your car there is easy access to main motorways and also good routes to North Wales, Liverpool & Manchester.
Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.
We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.
Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding abuse (verbal or physical) or generally antisocial behaviour by guests to our representatives, staff and our neighbours. Any violation of the house rules will forfeit the guest the right to leave a public review.
