“If you're looking for a cheap place for a short stay, this is your place. Far from fancy. Outside of the property, trash piled up in several spots. No one came to the check in counter until the phone rang. Check in was quick, all I had to do was show an ID. Room was clean but could use an upgrade. The outlet for the air conditioner was hanging out of the wall. The air conditioner didn't work properly. Walls are thin so you can hear those in other rooms. Opiniones sobre hoteles destacados en Chesterbrook

The Windsor Suites

8/10 Bueno

"La terraza superior estaba reservada para un evento y no estuvo accesible durante los dos días de nuestra estancia. Es un contratiempo porque era uno de los principales atractivos del establecimiento. Por lo demás, el hotel está muy céntrico, las habitaciones son amplias. El mobiliario necesitaría una renovación."

"It was a beautiful hotel. The only issue we had was the very slow elevators, but since we weren't in too much of a rush, no big deal."

Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Airport

"Excellent as always, never disappoint. I checked in Sunday 10, 2026 at 9:20PM approximately and I don't remember the name of the front desk lady (sorry!) but I like to commend her for the kind and professional attention during my check in process when the virtual credit card did not go thru (it was not her fault or mine), I called Expedia and she handle everything with them over the phone, and I was able to check in with no issue. I have been an Expedia member for more than years now and she is definitely top level professional, customer service oriented. If someone have a chance, please get back with her and let her know. "
