“Lady in front desk was kind she let us check out at 12 with no charge but the only bad thing you can’t check in before 3pm , we stay for two days due to Navy ceremony so we arrive 11am and me and my daughter we have to wait 4hrs to have a room which is really bad I ask the lay in front desk if don’t have any room available and she said maybe yeah but check in is at 3pm , Lady in the cafeteria was super nice always with a smile and good attitude I don’t know her name but she is pretty too……

“ Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. ”

Provided a great location for them close to our home, where they could relax and have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Very reasonable cost. Being close to Tim’s II restaurant was a great perk as we were able to have family dinner for 11 people there with no issues. I would definitely rent this place again.”
