“A clean room with a comfortable bed, tv, small fridge, and small bathroom with a shower. It was a Friday night, so I guess that accounts for the loud all night party on the floor above. My first stop after I drove away I discovered that someone had hit and damaged my brand new car in the small parking lot.”

“New Hotel with great location. Very helpful staff, breakfast is always great. My go to stay short of South Chicago.”

“Rooms were very clean. I think this is one of the only hotels I have felt truly safe with staying by myself. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the property itself is beautiful. Their thermostats were also very nice, typically hotels don't have them, but I appreciated that this one did!”

“Vending machines were not working. Also the sausage and egg option for breakfast was not very appealing. Room was very clean and the air conditioning worked great!”

“Very run down. Mold in the shower. Missing security bolt from door. All rooms were supposed to be non -smoking but everything reeked off cigarettes, including the hallway. Comfortable bed, clean linens are a definite plus. Breakfast was cold cereal and hostess mini donuts. Police were called two out of three nights to handle domestic disturbances.”

“This is a newer hotel so I feel that all staff and amenities are very pleasing. The stay was comfortable, everything was clean & the hotel staff is friendly. To my knowledge, there are only two chain hotels located directly in Crown Point. All other hotels are in Merrillville - the neighboring city. Towne Place is directly across from everything that seems to be of convenience; restaurants, gas, groceries, & U. Of Chicago extension hospital...”
