The hotel is clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location is extremely convenient. Literally my only suggestion is to add access to streaming services on the TV. Otherwise, excellent experience!

I am a little upset. I did reserve a room with 2 queen beds, I was told a King bed was all they had. So I ended up sleeping on the sofa. Should not give us the option to reserve a certain room when we get another.

The elevators take FOREVER so if you’re on a high floor be prepared to wait. Also our second room in our reservation was not ready at 3 pm which is checking time. So we had to wait and eventually got a room on a different floor. The Staff were excellent in our needs and the only highlight to our stay

Hotel breakfast ran out every day. But front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were spacious but need some updates in the bathrooms. Peeling paint and carpet coming up on the floors. Overall very nice day.
