We loved the comfortable beds. The swimming pool had a very big machine standing outside and it made it look like something was under construction even though, there wasn’t any repairs to be done.

It was our first trip since Covid...back to Chicago. We were looking for a affordable and clean hotel for my family of 5 for 4 days. We got the large suite on level 5. My family loved hotel, breakfast, staff, pool, and Dora the cleaning lady. Nice lady made sure we had clean room and fresh towels. I would highly recommend to stay to visit Chicago away from city. But we traveled daily to downtown and rested quietly at the Hyatt. We will be returning again to this hotel next year.

Overall all good one thing was just the smell in the room wasn’t fresh not sure if the carpet needed to be cleaned but was not too overwhelming was bearable.

Great breakfast (cereal; a few hot foods like eggs; great fruit & berries; toast/jam; etc). If you are into waffles, they didn't have them. Very comfortable room. Nice place to unwind after working hard for DefeatingAging! Need a bell to attract the desk staff (all 3 times I went there I had to wait a few minutes). The gym was simple, but sufficient. Didn't go swimming, but it looked like a nice pool. Small business cubby with 2 computers. Didn't need it, but nice to know you could print or check email, etc. Stairs are a little dingy. But probably not worth spending thousands on, increasing the price to pay for those thousands, etc. Even though dingy they made a great place to get a little exercise (I ran up them several times). The gym was simple, but sufficient.
