Breakfast service was significantly overcrowded for the space and staff.

Unfortunately we did not know this hotel does not clean the rooms daily or even every other day. They have signs in the elevator that says to leave your soiled linens out but they do not replace them unless you call to get some. The room was average at best, the bed wasn’t great. The breakfast in the morning was the best part.

Muy mal servicio al momento del check in. Cuando llegamos alrededor de las 6:00pm el señor blanco, delgado fue quien nos recibió, fue muy grosero y ni siquiera nos ofreció a las opciones del parqueo. Le preguntamos porque estuvimos ahí en el 2021 y fue realmente una ma maravillosa experiencia. Cuando le preguntamos las opciones del parqueo solo se limitó a informarnos del costo de $60 x noche. Tampoco nos indicó la hora del check out. Sin embargo la persona que nos hizo el check out fue muy amable y nos explicó las condiciones del parqueo y la hora de check out ya que pensábamos que era a las 11:00am. Ya igual fue al irnos pero no volvería más a ese hotel por el servicio que recibimos

The check in was amazing since my flight was delayed. They worked with me to have my key card ready since I was getting in late and fast check in. Rooms clean love that the parking garage was next door not free but more reasonable than the actual garage price. Breakfast was hot and many different alternatives hot cereal and cold cereal hot waffles, sausage turkey and pork, drinks.
