Wonderful house. Great Amenities and the Views are spectacular. Host was pleasant and responsive. Had a wonderful time in Chiemsee. Paddleboarded on the lake, Golfed at the the course and ate at and wonderful restaurant just up the street. Loved our time their. Great House and Host!

We spent a week in the property as a family. We couldn’t have asked for more, from the guy showing us around on arrival to the house itself. Clean, well equipped and with the most amazing views over the lake. Would definitely return and recommend.

Perfect getaway for lovers of outdoor activities
Short and sweet - the property was perfectly catered to our needs. The house itself provides all comforts one could expect with comfortable living, large bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, and plenty of privacy. The available SUPs make staying at the lake (literally across the road) a perfect starting point for an active holiday. The host is very helpful with suggestions and in answering questions. Within walking distance plenty of shops (bakery, supermarket, petrol station) activities (beach, bike rentals, ferry, mini-golf) and restaurants. The Chiemsee area itself has more than enough to offer for water sports but also city trips (Munich and Salzburg), biking and hiking all in all exactly what we were hoping for!

Fabulous lakeside location
I cannot rate this property highly enough. An incredibly comfortable house directly opposite Chiemsee Lake which was perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. There are also cafes and bars within close walking distance. In addition to the local attractions of the lake, mountains and islands, it is conveniently situated for visiting Munich and Salzburg, and within ease reach of the Eagles Nest. It was amazing to be able to wake, stroll across the road and have a morning swim before breakfast. Also a highlight was watching the glorious sunsets whilst drinking beer in the local bar. One of our best family holidays ever. We spent an enjoyable week with our two teenage children.

Comfortable, spacious, and very well equipped
Our family stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas, and we could have easily stayed 2 more! Very comfortable house with lots of space and enough bedrooms/bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked and made meals easy. The friendly village is a short walk away with everything you may need and there are plenty of places to stop for a beer along the lake (even in the winter!). The views out of the front window were spectacular, especially the sunsets over the German Alps. The owners and local manager were very accommodating, even supplying us with Christmas decorations and special requests. Toys were available for the kids and lots of recreation equipment is on hand for summer activities. Easy access and very close to the mountains, Salzburg, Munich airport (1hr30 drive). Lake/beach is literally out front. Great vacation!!

We enjoyed our stay at the house very much. The view is spectacular, the walking lovely, the sunsets incredible and the house itself is very well-appointed. Thomas, who greeted us, was really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Ferienhaus - A very Special Place
This house was perfect for our family needs. Set on three floors, you can find privacy on the garden level, with a nice shower and sauna room and a little patio outside; get together for meals or TV while watching the sun go down in the living area on the ground floor; or choose from the lovely bedrooms on the upper floor. The kitchen is well-equipped and elsewhere everything you might need is supplied; the property was spotlessly clean. The town of Chieming is a short walk away, either via the lake path or by the road. The house is very close to the ferry pier, and to bike hire, and a couple of good restaurants. The bakery has delicious temptations, and there is a large supermarket. You can take the bus to Prien on the other side of the lake, a beautiful ride during which you can also see a few other small towns. Cycling is wondrous as there are marked - flat! - circuits through fields and woods. If instead you walk up the hill from the house, the guest house up there has very tasty Bavarian food, plus the walk past it is very pleasant, and you can cycle along that too. I thoroughly recommend this house as a perfect place to stay, in a beautiful and scenic location.

Unser Aufenthalt am Chiemsee
Unsere Gruppe, sechs Freundinnen, hat sich in dem Haus am Chiemsee sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alle Gerätschaften sind in Ordnung, die Aussicht ist einfach umwerfend, die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein und dazu Ausflüge zu machen. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die recht befahrene Straße direkt unterhalb des Grundstückes, die wir aber zu dieser Jahreszeit dank der schalldichten Fenster kaum als störend empfanden.

Die Lage war perfekt. 20 m bis zum Strand Das Haus ist richtig gut ausgestattet. Nicht nur genug Platz (bis zu 8personen) Sondern es verfügt auch über alles was man benötigt (Waschmaschine Trockner. Kaffeemaschine spühlmadchone etc) weit hinaus. In der Garage sind 2 SUP die man nutzen kann. Grills Feuerschale alles da. Ich muss sagen von allen gebuchten Häusern ob in Spanien. Dänemark oder Deutschland. Übertraf dieses alle Erwartungen und alles bis her Dagewesene. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter und den Verwalter. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Vollkommen geglückter Urlaub direkt am Chiemsee
Ein sehr schönes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die genau der online Beschreibung entsprechen. Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht über die direkte Lage am Chiemsee und den direkten Zugang zu einem schönen Badestrand mit Bewirtung. Die beiden SUPs, die zum Haus gehören, waren deshalb wirklich Gold wert und wurden von allen (inkl. Kindern) ausgiebig genutzt! Der kleine Ort Chieming hat alles, was man für einen geglückten Urlaub braucht und die Lage ist perfekt, um die Alpen, Salzburg und viele schöne Berge zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhafter Kurzurlaub
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen vor Ort u. fanden alle, dass das Objekt sich in einer ausgezeichneten, traumhaften Lage befindet. Das Panorama auf den See war einfach herrlich! Auch die zur Verfügung gestellten Gegenstände wie Grill, Stand-Up-Boards u. einiges mehr waren in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir können den Aufenthalt dort nur weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Auszeit am See
Wir hatten schöne Pfingsttage im Haus direkt am See, an der Küstenstraße, mit grandiosem Blick. Das Haus ist liebevoll und sehr durchdacht eingerichtet, es ist alles da - und viele Extras (wie z.B. zwei SUPs zusätzlich). Trotz der Lage über der Küstenstraße strahlt das Haus eine große Ruhe aus und wir haben den großen Wohnraum mit Seeblick und die bequemen Betten sehr geschätzt. Eine gute Bäckerei ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wandermöglichkeiten und vor allem der schöne Chiemsee mit seinen Inseln haben uns begeistert.

Top Lage, Top Ausstattung, Kontakt vor Ort super freundlich und hilfsbereit
Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern, 3 Jahre u. 7 Jahre) waren 1 Woche dort. Kommunikation im Voraus war sensationell gut, genauso auch vor Ort. Das Haus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur annähernd vorstellen kann. Von der Küche bis zur Waschküche, einfach alles vorhanden. Des weiteren darf alles benutzt werden, was vor Ort ist. Tischkicker, Spiele für Kinder, Bälle, Tischtennis, Grill usw. sind nur eine kleine Auflistung von dem was es alles gibt. Selten so ein geplegtes und TOP ausgestattetes Haus gesehen. Auch die Lage direkt am See ist einzigartig. Deswegen können wir mit reinem Gewissen das Ferienhaus zu 200% weiterempfehlen und werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

Wunderbare Zeit am Chiemsee
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche am Chiemsee. Das Wetter war für diese Jahreszeit ein Traum. Die Lage des Objektes war hervorragend. 2 Minuten zum Minigolf und Radverleih. Die Empfehlungen des Gastgebers waren alle klasse. Im Haus fehlte uns nichts und die Aussicht von fast allen Fenstern auf die Berge - ein Traum ( insbesondere die Sonnenuntergänge). Sehr gute Infrastruktur vor Ort und viele Ausflugsziele in direkter Nähe. Da ist eine Woche viel zu kurz und so werden wir bestimmt an diesen herrlichen Ort wiederkommen.

Absolut grandios!
Wir haben eine traumhaft schöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus am Chiemsee verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld war überaus freundlich und perfekt, die Begrüßung bei der Anreise und später auch die Verabschiedung bei der Abreise durch den Verwalter war sehr herzlich und sympathisch, und das Haus war absolut blitzsauber durch die ebenfalls sehr nette und engagierte Reinigungskraft geputzt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und träumen derweil vom Ferienhaus am Chiemsee.
