“Everything was great and excellent”

“The room was clean, one bed was good the other was hard like a box spring. The people above us we could hear every footstep they took. The staff wasn’t around we had to call a number and then they would come to the front office. The breakfast was not great, the bread was hard like it had been left out.”

“Buen desayuno y tamaño de las habitaciones. ”

“no ice machine seems to be a 100 mile thing”

“The room was so clean, the bathroom was sparkling. Joyce was lovely, parking was easy, there was plenty of space to walk my dog and it was walking distance to plenty of food and convenience options.”

Room did not heat and was almost outside temp (same as when we checked in) when we woke in the morning. Politely complained to staff member who somehow juggles work both at the subway next door and the motel. Asked for a discount and she said nothing she could do as we should have said something during the night (when we were sleeping apparently)....
