"The rooms were very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. I would especially like to highlight the valet team — they were exceptionally polite, attentive, and welcoming, which made a great impression. The only downside is that the building itself seems quite old, and the carpets look very worn and stained, which gives the impression of being dirty even if they may be clean. Overall, we had a good experience and I would stay here again."

"Room was as expected, nothing special, nothing bad. This is the worst Casino I’ve ever been to. Heads up, no smoking, no alcohol on the casino floor, no craps due to staffing post Covid is what one of the dealers told me. Food was also sub par, ordered nachos, Chips were beyond stale, waitress, “ok, I’ll let them know.” No resolution offered after that. Needless to say, I will return the 30th of Neveruary and if anyone asks? Yeah don’t waste a dime there."

"Efficient and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The complimentary Continental Breakfast had everything that you would need. However, the WiFi connection was inconsistent at times, so just depends on how much you use it for business. The property was very close to the Plaza area with just a short walk. And the price was considerably lower than other properties in the area. We travel to Santa Fe several times a year, so will definitely book this property again. "

"Beautiful Property, Comfortable beds and nice bedding. On site restaurant is superb and the happy hour is great .Check in was not easy The front desk guy said I still needed to pay and after a call to his manger He never apologized then when asked if early check in was possible he said he would call me he didn’t and my room was ready when I showed back up 45 mins early for check in . Overall the hotel is amazing and feels very 5 star "
